I had to completely clean out a 600-700 square foot office space in a hurry. Desks, bookcases, cube partition walls, credenza, chairs, e-waste, and lots of miscellaneous office supplies and junk. These guys: 1. Answered the phone (the "one-man band" operations went to voicemail) 2. Were clear and articulate about what they could do and what it would cost 3. Came out THE NEXT DAY with 3 guys, 2 trucks, and all kinds of equipment and had the place stripped to the walls in about 90 minutes. (Understand, I did not tell them how big the office was or how to resource the job, they just knew from experience.) The team was professional, friendly, careful, and communicated well. Their straightforward pricing model made it easy for me to know how much I would be spending and the cash discount was a nice plus too. In all, I was extremely happy with their service and consider it value for the headache it solved. I only wish I realized sooner that trying to find a home for stuff one piece at a time is folly and that, in the end, it's all junk nobody wants and in the grand scheme of American waste, having these guys take everything away in one go is just no big deal. As COVID has us locked down in our homes. I started to sort and really go through the stuff in my house, garage, and backyard. I soon realized, I have a bunch of junk. These items were beyond its useful life and couldn't be recycled/upcycled. What is a gal to do?!? I called up a bunch of junk haulers. I landed on choosing Sac Junk. I spoke to Alonso. He was helpful, patient, and professional when providing an estimate. They do not salvage, so they bring your junk right to the dump. Good to know. Pro tip: provide him a photo to get a quote. He will do his best to estimate for you but he's not a soothsayer. A crew of three showed up as scheduled. They were so polite and helpful. They wore face masks without even me asking. Totally respectful to take care of removing the junk. No throwing and bumping around the stuff. I had junk in the house, backyard, and garage. They even sawed down an old rusty metal gazebo in the backyard; they did that methodically and with care. As the gentlemen did this, he wore protective gear. They cleaned up the general areas afterwards. Wonderful! They were speedy. Great! Even before they left, they ask if there was anything else. They were patient to wait as I did a quick visual check. Perfect! They accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash as payment. You get a 5% discount if you pay in cash. We remodeled the exterior of our home and had a HUGE pile of materials once we were finished.
