There is no way that I will ever be able to express how friendly, kind, and hard working everyone at Sac Junk is. Being forced to downsize significantly and quickly, we had to leave a lot of things behind we might not have, we had to get out of our current house quickly, and time was running out. I submitted an online form yesterday and today Sac Junk came to my house. On time, masked up and ready to go. The employees were friendly and helpful. Called in advance to let us know they were coming as well. They took nearly 3/4 of a truckload (which is a lot) of various household items, cardboard etc. They recycle what they can too! Yep, all these 5 star reviews are LEGIT! I called and set up an appointment and they gave me a 2 hour window. They called 1/2 hour before arriving as promised, at the beginning of the window, so I didn't have to wait at all! Alonzo was the main dude and he had 2 guys helping him. An amusing aside: his 6 foot 6 stature really impressed my father-in-law. They were very professional and hard working. They moved fast and efficient, and did the extra step to compact and break down items to fit as much as possible and give us our money's worth. Their prices are clearly listed on their website so there were no surprises whatsoever. What surprised me was that we had enough junk to fill the entire trailer!
