Referred medically to Dr. Sach, and scheduled the necessary consultation. Never sent an email or text confirmation as requested. That was not helpful. Then, a week prior to the appointment I filled out the medical forms online, giving all my insurance and personal information. After another week, and several text confirmations about the appointment date, the night before at 4pm I received a text stating they do not take my medical/medicare plan. AFTER 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT DATE OF HAVING MY INFORMATION! This was after I had taken off from scheduled activities, made other arrangements especially to be available to be there, AND the procedure I required having a time frame needing to be performed. I had to cancel (they otherwise wanted to charge me out of pocket $300), and start the entire process again of getting a new referral, which put my procedure off by another month. All because they didn't check my insurance 3 weeks prior to my appointment, when I originally called and gave all my information. This is the second worst sort of thing you expect from doctors, other than a botched procedure, and now I'm having to deal with the massive problems it has caused. Told the referring doctor I would NOT refer to this office in the future! read more

I had a problem requiring an immediate procedure. Dr. Sach had me start the prep process as soon as our phone call ended and the procedure was scheduled for the next day. Helene, his nurse, was so accommodating and reassuring. She made sure I understood the instructions and called several times during the prep process making sure I was okay.
