We ordered takeout and absolutely loved everything we ordered! The Cupcakes were our favorite - so delicious and unique. We also loved the Sachi rolls, Veggie rolls, Spider rolls, spicy chicken rolls, sweet potato tempura and pork gyoza. We will definitely be back. Service was welcoming and friendly, and our takeout order was put together neatly with every item labeled. On our way to pick up our order, we received great positive feedback about Sachi Sushi from other merchants in Whistler Village - and, happily, we had placed an order for the Cupcakes which were highly recommended. Sachi Sushi serves some of the best sushi we've ever eaten. Fabulous!

The sushi was good! But the rolls were extremely small (mango & roundhouse). Overall it's a decent spot if you're in the area. But be prepared to order more if you're hungry!

I was craving sushi and luckily, my hotel was close by Sachi sushi. I showed up right before opening (there was a line!) and was seated immediately as a solo traveler. I ordered the chicken karaage, which was very tender and juicy. I also ordered the hako sushi - loved that it was a variety of fish to try in one bite and the lemon did not over power the roll. The sashimi was high quality and I liked that it included crab and octopus - something I don't usually get in sashimi platters. This is now my favorite sushi spot in the village. All in all, I will be coming back for dinner the next time I'm in Whistler!

This was the best experience we had in the village during our 10 day trip. We saved this one for last based on the recommendation of a good friend. Curtis was amazing and accommodated us beyond our expectations on a Friday night. The quality of the sushi was second to none of the many sushi restaurants I have been to. The restaurant is a little deeper in the village and worth the walk. The inside is not huge and provides a very welcoming atmosphere. We had the pleasure of sitting in front of the owner and watching him work his magic. The two of us ended up eating 6 rolls along with a treat from the owner. We also had a bottle of sake and 4 beers. Considering all of that, we were shocked it didn't cost more. We will be back without a doubt as this is our new favorite spot.

I arrived about 5 minutes after the restaurant opened and was immediately drawn to the chefs in the center of the room, ready to prepare the various dishes. I was a party of one and was quickly ushered over to a table for 4 hidden behind privacy screens. This table was located beside the server's station. I felt so incredibly insulted. Please keep in mind there was ONE other table with diners at this point so it certainly wasn't an issue of having tables. The server was friendly, though never did offer to refill my water. As I was hidden behind the privacy screens, I was not able to flag anyone down and, as the restaurant was practically empty, each of two servers attended at the servers station once apiece. The restaurant was almost as empty when I left as when I entered. I certainly will have no problem taking my business elsewhere next time, somewhere that values customers and doesn't try to hide them. That being said, the food was good. Not outstanding by any means, but it was above-average. For this I have allotted an extra star.

The wait here can be very long, so make sure you get on the list early or be prepared to wait. As a party of 2, we were seated immediately but another group of 3 we encountered had been waiting an hour. I love that the sushi chefs are in the center of the room, so just about anyone can get a glimpse of them working to create our tasty meals. We tried the sachi roll, the eel avocado, and got a medium house sake to split. First of all, the wasabi here is divine! I'm not sure if they are using fresh wasabi or their wasabi has a higher ratio of real wasabi over horseradish, but it was amazing. The medium sake was perfect for two. Both of our sushi rolls were so yummy and perfect for a meal where we weren't too hungry.

Delicious sushi recommended by our waitress Kelsey. Did not disappoint!

Great little place in Whistler. Waitress made recommendations for both drinks and sushi. We loved all of the recommendations. Felt like we'd known the employees for years although it was our first time in Whistler. We are sort of sushi snobs living in San Diego and we were impressed with Sachi Sushi.

Great sake and sushi. Great service. We have come 3 years in a row! They have gluten free soy sauce :)

    Great hot sake

We take a chance to find a table at this restaurant as it does not offer reservation for small party of three. It is a great dining experience, the food is excellent no matter the tempura, udon, sashimi, and sushi. The service is great with Steve helping us to order the right selection. Absolute fantastic, highly recommended.

Our friends brought us Sachi Sushi last night for dinner--- WOAH! It was spectacular! We had: Sachi Roll, House Roll, Kani Blossoms, Hamachi sashimi, Ikura w quail egg, gyoza and beef noodles. The Haku box sushi with thinly sliced lemon was to die for and the crab towers of the Kani Blossoms had terrific flavor. The food came out fresh and fairly quick. Audre was a fabulous and courteous server. This is now my favorite spot for dinner in the Village! I can't wait to come back.

Special find tonight of quality vegetarian Japanese options at this gem of a spot. From the exceptional hospitality and service to the spicy agadashi tofu...usually it's hard to find veggie options at a sushi place, but we all left happy and full!

Worth the trip here just for the salmon sushi - a beautiful deep red that sets it far, far apart from the pale pink farmed stuff we are usually stuck with in the U.S It's a cozy spot with great choices from sushi, sashimi, big comforting soup bowls and noodle bowls. The staff are very friendly , service great and they are happy to make suggestions if needed. We began with the edamame - admittedly this was both quite small and bland - needed a few flakes of salt and Ahi which was good but a tad bit overpriced as an appetizer with bud crude cuts that were not the best I have ever had The rolls were simply amazing - we tried the house rolls and the spicy tuna roll which was amazing! Could happily have ordered more if I was not so full!! We also enjoyed 10 pieces of sashimi - all fresh as can be, well sized portions and delicious but next time would self select pieces as we ended up with eel and mackerel which we do not love but that was our fault for going with a pre set selection Have been here on every trip to Whistler and would likely return again though enjoyed it more last time than this

This is a solid sushi place. Sushi is good, but knocked down for price and service. I'm comparing my experience at Nagomi. Nagomi was 10% cheaper, better Izakaya menu, and faster service. Nagomi put uni in their nigiri combo, so I felt I got better value. Sushi quality is about the same. If you are near Village North, eat here. If you are near Upper Village, then eat at Nagomi.

So when we…read morewere in Whistler on a snow/ski/snowboarding trip with a group of friends, we definitely had to have dinner here. We were a LARGE group of 14 adults/teenagers. Fortunately for us, they have a tatami room that seats 14! Even more fortunately, it wasn't REALLY tatami seating -- low table with woven mats on the floor. Instead, it just looked like floor seating. The space under that table was recessed so you sit with your legs extended -- like sitting on a bench. The food was varied, with rolls and nigiri sushi, sashimi, udon, donburi, tempura, and more. There's definitely something for everyone. We ordered some of everything. And while everything was delicious, the standouts were the spider roll, super hiro roll, and crab claw tempura. Honorable mention goes to the strawberry sake margarita. The server handled our massive order of food and drinks expertly. Fun and casual atmosphere. Make sure to book a reservation as it is quite popular.

(Kari's Rating 7/10)…read more Came in with a group of eight around 5 PM, they said about an hour and a half wait ended up being about two by the time the other table wrapped up. Our server was very nice and relatively attentive as it was very busy. We ordered tons of apps, takoyaki, beef tempura, a few salads, 5 of the 10 piece chefs Nigiri, the miso cod, garlic beef, udon noodles and a few nigiri. We also got a bunch of hot sake, sake margaritas and a few Sapporo's. Overall a fun place, kinda expensive for what it is with the ocean being as close as it is and not very authentic, but the food was passable. Great for groups but you need to check in early or get a reservation.

We notice more people started coming in after 6pm. The food took awhile but we didn't mind since we were able to enjoy each dish and it gave us time to decide what to order next. We ordered the real crab roll and spicy roll. Like others say, the rolls were small and there wasn't much fish. The roll was good but wish there was more fish. I recommend passing on the roll if you are looking to fill up unless you order a few rolls but the value isn't there. We also order the nigiri. This is worth the money. The fish are fresh and very savory. We ended up ordering seconds. We didn't know that they had blue fin until I tried to order my second set of nigiri and was told they ran out of one of the tuna that I was trying to order. Glad I was able to order the blue fin. My kids tried it for the first time and wanted to order more. Highly recommend the nigiri if you come here to eat. We ordered appetizers as well. My kids ate all the gyoza before I can try one so I guess it was good. We also got the tuna tataki. My kids and I enjoyed it especially with the red condiment. Not sure what it is. The other condiment that came with it tasted like ginger. My wife order the sake margarita and I had a little sip of her drink. The margarita was on point. It was fruity (strawberry flavor) but not too sweet and not sour either. You can taste the sake but not as much which is a good thing if you like a mix drink where it's perfectly blended. If we didn't have to catch our shuttle back, I would have ordered this after my beer. All and all, it was a good dining experience. The food does take some time to come but it's not too long. My only disappointment was how little fish were in the roll. Other than that, the food was good. We didn't try the hotpot since the cost was extremely high where they charge for per person instead of by order. Definitely give this place a try if you like nigiri and check if they have blue fin if you do try the nigiri.

We were seated right away and our server came over and she was really nice. We checked out the menu and decided to try the tostadas. When our server came to take our order we asked about the size of the tostadas and she said they were like street size tortillas, maybe a bit bigger. It was our fault for not asking if they came with anything, we didn't and they didn't. Mr. B ordered the Ahi Tuna Tostadas and I chose the bean and pineapple tostadas. When the dishes came out, we were a bit surprised, the tostadas were sliding around on the large plates. Each dish was $16 and what we got was definitely not worth $16. The tuna tostadas were very good, had a nice spice to them. My bean and pineapple tostadas were delicious, spicy and very flavorful. So there was no complaints about the flavor of the food. But for the price I would expect a side of rice or something. This was more like an appetizer. For $32, and what we got, I wouldn't go back. There are some really great restaurants in Whistler, and in the Village that I would prefer to try or go back to.
