Our stylist was Sophia and she was finishing up with a client. A few minutes later, we were greeted by the stylist and lead upstairs. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She made my daughter's first haircut memorable and she loves the finished product. The process was amazing but it was a bit pricey. Sophia worked really well with natural hair so I plan on going back soon for a trim.

I was told that the owner would call me back to discuss the issue, but she never called me back. Instead she chose to respond to my review, which did not address the issue of the unauthorized charges. This matter leads me to believe that Eden Salon cannot be trusted. If you choose to obtain Eden Salon's services request confirmation on the price. If they suggest additional services during your appointment get clarification on pricing beforehand. In my opinion, the lower price-point on their website is a tactic, used to bate customers. Such as the case with my daughter....she was told halfway through the appointment that she needed additional services for the coloring process; however, they did not mention additional costs. This is defined as a bait-and-switch tactic and is against the law in Washington DC. -Good luck out there, stay safe and aware!

This salon is located on H Street and is very small so it's a little easy to miss. The vibe on the inside is very bohemian chic and everyone working there is super friendly. I can't remember the name of the woman who did my root touch up, but she did an awesome job and my color still looks great even though it was nearly a month ago that I came in! She then rudely asked me if I was pregnant or had hormone issues, neither of which is her business. I then let her know that I was reporting this unauthorized charge to my bank & the BBB. She then outright said, "Good luck with that," as if to challenge me. So, if you like wasting 2 plus hours of your life, only to look worse than before, be told you won't be charged, only to be charged without your consent by a manager who then makes their incompetent service your fault due to your "hormones," then this is the perfect salon for you. She explained the process, took a before picture of my gray roots, and found my correct color. She recorded it in the computer, so that I can go to any location in the future. While she applied the color, I sat in the cool little gown to protect my clothes. Once she was done, she made me tea and I read a magazine while I was waiting. She finished with a wash, and an explanation of the blow dryer bar, which had free product to use, brushes, and a blow dryer. I finished my hair, and Tiara took an after picture of my roots. This was the most fantastic hair coloring experience that I have ever had! Thank you, Tiara! Highly Recommend!

I will close my eyes during haircut and open them after blow-dry to see the magic. I immediately love the woman i see in the mirror. He is very kind, listens to you but will advise against a look that will not look the best on you. He cares about how the client looks and the way they will look after. He also cares about the health of your hair suggesting, a haircut when ends are damaged. I would be lost without him. Finally, everyone at the salon is very nice.
