Our first couple sessions consisted of her finding stretches and other movements that tend to my needs specifically. I tweaked my shoulder pretty severely the night before a big performance and as the amazing person that he is, he googled Olea and booked an appt for me that night with the session being immediately the morning after. Already, 5 stars for being able to accommodate me within less than 12 hours and he was able to pre-pay them as well! My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! She was so. freaking. good that immediately after I started seeing her once a month for close to 6 months. During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot. Now I go back here and there. I can go back to get some real bodywork done or I can go back when I just feel like I need a zen, relaxing massage. As I had another service after the massage a robe was left for me to put on so I could walk to a different room. The robe is not plus size friendly! My next service was a dermaplane facial. Again, did not like her technique especially when it was time for the dermaplane; nearly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. I paid a total of $240 for both services. As this experience was just "okay" for me, I don't plan to return.

The tables are not electronic, but there was a heating pad. I was advised the tables go up to 300 lbs. They seemed ok, but I chose not to flip over; super cautious! You can enhance your session with aroma therapy if you wish. I also asked about the oil used, which is Lavender scented. You can also bring your own. After the session, you're given a hot towel and water to hydrate. It was really relaxing and a perfect simple massage. I would definitely give them a try.

David really helped me a lot in November 2015 during my first appointment. This is the first that I've constantly booked and recommended a massage therapist, but he's that good!
