She seemed far more focused on guests she knew who were seated nearby, while our new server was left juggling several tables on her own. I felt bad for her--she was clearly doing her best without much support. I didn't see a manager on the floor to help address the situation. On top of that, our food came out incorrect and had to be sent back to be fixed. We were also told my child would receive a kids' drink with her meal, which never came. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern--each visit seems to bring poorer service and lower food quality, especially considering the prices.
