It's huge and spacious, featuring a great selection of stores and a Round1 for entertainment. The food court is also well-managed with lots of seating available for dining. Overall, it's a great, spacious environment that doesn't feel overwhelming. Definitely worth a stop if you're in Santa Ana! The selection of stores are very mall-typical (Zara, Claire's, etc) but the standout is for sure the Round One! The service there is relatively good, the nicest employee I met worked at the piercing kiosk, she was really sweet. They also have cute displays for photo shoots and tons of photo ops if you're visiting.

Have not been here in about five to six years roughly, so it was good to see a mall that was not completely dead and had a lot of stores still intact despite a lot of malls being closed down recently (like the Westminster Mall). The mall is going through a renovation, so there are some areas under construction. Some favorite stores include: Boxlunch, Hot Topic, Round 1, and Tokyo Life. A couple criticisms my husband and I had was despite the mall being open for about an hour and a half when we arrived; all the bathrooms we seemed to try and use were shut down or out of order. My husband managed to find a bathroom to use but it required us to walk all the way from the food court to the Round 1 Arcade. I also felt like the employee there was suspicious of me as all I was doing was looking at claw machines while waiting for him. I had to take out my Round 1 card from my mall (Mission Viejo) to pretend I was making a decision on what games to play. It was also not very accessible to any elevators or escalators. The elevators we saw were on either end of the mall, so it required a lot of walking to get to one side or another to use one. Adding to the bathrooms being out of order, all of the sets of escalators in the mall had at least one side that was broken. Also, it looks like this mall is a hot bed for theft. It seemed like every store we walked into (the ones listed above and also including Gamestop and Anime World), had pictures on many displays of people who were caught on camera stealing and leaving the store with stolen merchandise. A good mall overall, but hopefully some of the run down issues will be addressed next time we decide to stop by.

Whether you're craving poke, burger, or a smoothie, this plaza has it. + HUGE parking lot. + Numerous entrances/exits. Makes for smooth traffic flow. + Never too crowded. + Located just down the street from Veterans Sports Park. Very convenient for me in between my athletic sessions. + I have also picked up fruit from the Stater Bros here to share with my pickleball friends at Vets. Non-likes: - The road geography around here is a lil weird. If you're at the Valencia Ave & Tustin Ranch Rd intersection, and you somehow accidentally go north on Tustin Ranch Rd, too bad. There won't be a left turn or U-turn at Edinger Ave, because these two streets don't meet. You have to continue until you reach Walnut Ave to find a detour back. A lil inconvenient.

The mall does tend towards high end stores with a small smattering of standard stores but in general, there are a wide variety of stores. Plenty of dining options from high end or quick casual. You can even do your grocery shopping here as there is a Whole Foods market. They occasionally have special events. I happened to be here during the Lunar New Year event so one of the areas was decked out with Year of the Horse decorations. I also always walk by the Koi pond to see how the fishes are doing. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I visit.

It's had it's share of anchors leaving (think Circuit City and Forever 21), but the owner (Irvine Company) continues to pour money into it, to keep it fresh and relevant. As an example, when Forever 21 declared bankruptcy and closed its store in 2019, the building was demolished in 2022 to make way for a new Restoration Hardware gallery store...which we found to be quite nice. Parking is plentiful, (mostly) covered, and free, with a pedestrian bridge on the 3rd floor taking one to the main part of the mall. And it seems to be one of the most dog friendly malls in the area, which is saying a lot. One will see a lot of signs for something called 'The Lot', which is a high end, ultra-luxury, cinema/cafe/restaurant, geared towards the clientele that the area feeds.

They even offer three popular boba tea selections like Chagee, Heytea, and The Alley. It's basically a rich people mall like Valley Fair in San Jose, but has free parking. There weren't a lot of seats for this big mall. They should add more benches to the outdoor grassy area and some shade. It's a really posh mall since their renovation. There's a bus stop located in front of Macy's parking lot, which you can travel around Orange County with the OC Bus and SGV with Foothill Transit. A bit of a five minute walk to the stop, but the buses are convenient.

He went above and beyond and represents what customer service should look like. That said, I had a different experience with one of the male managers. I asked him for help finding a compression shirt -- something I'm sure he could have easily assisted with -- but to my surprise, I didn't get any help. I came in ready to spend money, as I usually do in your store, but after that interaction I'm reconsidering and may take my business elsewhere. To the manager who helped me -- keep up the great work. To leadership: consistent service across your team matters, because loyal customers notice the difference. dick's Sporting Goods has a great looks has to get some correction.
