Went in for an oil change, was told I HAD to change my air filter (this was an up charge and apparently non-negotiable). After the oil change and filter change, they took my car into the car wash. Before it went through they put my back window down. I saw this and was worried they were going to send my car through a drive thru car wash with a window down. I asked the lady at the cash register to go check on it for me and ask them to put the window up. She came back and tried to tell me the window was BROKEN and wouldn't come up. My window was COMPLETELY FINE WHEN I ARRIVED!!!! They tried to tell me if was broken when I got there. Then, because the employee couldn't get it to go up with the buttons, he grabbed the glass and yanked it up with his hands. TRYING TO FURTHER BREAK MY WINDOW!!! I was pissed! The "manager" came up and asked me if there was an issue. He then took me to my car and I put my window up, it was on child lock (you would think they could figure that out since they work on cars all day, but they would rather yank on the glass than THINK). I asked for my car to not be put through the car wash. I just wanted to LEAVE!!!! Then the manager called me a "stupid little bitch" multiple times and yelled at me to "never fucking come back!" They then sprayed my car with something to make it look dirty then backed out my car from the carwash , making me chase it to get it back. This place needs to be shut down. IMMEDIATELY. read more

Took my son's truck to Saddlebrook for an oil change while he was in town this weekend. We noticed the next day an oil stain the size of a dinner plate on our driveway where his truck was parked. Hubby thought they overfilled and it was dripping from that. Well 3 days later truck was still leaking and son took to his mechanic in Austin. They said drain plug was not on tight and they had overfilled with new oil but was now a 1/2 qt low. Thanks, Saddlebrook we won't be using you anymore. read more

They damaged my new 2022 F-150! The equipment broke down and when it restarted it dented the side. I watched it and immediately brought the manager to look at it. He said the equipment did not do it. I asked to file a damage report. they demined to file a report. I finally contacted the CFO who at lest gave me a working email. The car wash email does not work. in fact all the emails that are owned by M&M Superior carwash in Sugarland do not operate. Worst business I have ever encountered in my entire life. My wife went in for a Fleet Maintenance to get her oil changed and tires rotated. They proceeded to change her oil and then they didn't rotate her tires, while all along they were going to charge the fleet company for it and to get it done she would have had to pay out of pocket somewhere else. I spoke to two managers, one which was no help, and the second who verbally and nearly physically assaulted me. He used profanity and was the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever dealt with. He refused to perform the additional maintenance and at that point I took my car and left. This was done in front of other customers and other employees and I would recommend that this business clean house and get a whole new staff because there's definitely something wrong. read more

I went in for the $25 wash and lube. Half way through the oil change I was called over and told that the transmission needed to be flushed and an air filter needed to be changed. Never did the mechanic mention that it would be another $200. This place is a scam. I've seen the mechanic tell two more people that they needed trani flush and filter change! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL BREAK YOUR VALUABLES! Went in to get a simple wash and interior detail. Came back to a broken set of head phones. Manager was extremely rude and aggressive. Told me that their policy is that if they break valuables they are not liable for it. The car wash cost me $50 plus a $50 headset for the rear DVD. As I was walking out the manager had to get the last word and said "move your own stuff out of the way next time." Rude, confrontational, unprofessional. Don't trust your expensive car to these hacks. Had a Simoniz car wash break an antenna off my car four years ago. They took care of the issue with no problems. These guys are run by folks who don't know how to manage, or provide customer service and their folks are careless and will break your stuff with no repercussions. Went there to get an inspection, and asked they asked if I wanted the wash, went with the wash and hand wax, guy was out there with a big electric buffer, went after the same couple areas for over a half hour, rubbed two huge areas down to the primer, now looks like sun fade, the vehicle is a 2012 silver, so far from being true sun fade, silver in color before, now 2 very-big patches of worn away white remain, Hand Wax???? read more

When they were finished, I went outside and hadn't paid so I told the guy I needed to pay. He said to go inside and pay and that someone would be in. (Would be zero stars if I could.) I live in the neighborhood near the Saddlebrook Car Wash and Lube I have always thought they were overpriced but still, occasionally, go to them because they are convenient. I am a VIP member (that means that I get specials sent to me via email...not that I get treated like a VIP.) I took one of those coupons with me today and got an oil change with a free basic car wash for a total of $28.99. I picked up my car after the oil change and car wash and found that there was still a lot that had not been vacuumed. There was still trash on the floors and the compartments in the center console and the four doors were still littered with trash, straw wrappers, crumbs, and other normal "stuff". I pulled back around to the vacuum area and told the man (he was the one running things). That there was still a lot that needed to be vacuumed. He seemed pretty put out (even though there were no cars waiting) and proceeded to tell me that this was a free wash and that they didn't worry about vacuuming everything well on a free wash. I was dumfounded! What kind of business plan is this? I was not expecting tire treatments, Armour All on the dashboard, or anything like that, but if you say you are going to vacuum, then you should do it well...not just a cursory sweeping. I told him that I thought they should focus on "quality" at all levels, no matter what level the customer had selected. His solution? He handed me the vacuum and refused to do anything about it. I vacuumed it out as it should have been done in the first place, redoing all four floor areas, the console, and the door pockets. I will not be back. The ironIc thing is that, in a little over a month, I will start a job that will involve customer/clients riding in my car and I will need to wash/clean my car two to three times a week. This guy's attitude and approach to customer service probably cost the owners more than $1,000 from me over the next year. read more

When getting an oil change on my diesel, it was noticed that one of my bolts had been stripped by the last place that serviced my car. Paul and his crew (thanks Jr.) took their time to remove it without damaging anything. The mgr Paul even went so far as to drive all the way to the Chevy dealership to get the correct bolt.. and at no additional charge to me. But the employee did it any way and now his transmission is RUINED! This place is run by unprofessional and INCOMPETENT people. If I could I would SUE them for a new truck. And WORSE there was NO accountability for the mistake when my husband told them the has not asked for that service. This was my second time here. First time, I got my truck inspected after just moving from FL. From a basic wash and vacuum to a full service detail this place is very good. Friendly, efficient staff and prices are comparable. My fiancee's Elantra was a mess and they cleaned her up real good. I like that they ask if you want air freshener instead of just automatically doing it and then you drive away gagging. I then had to wait while they passed up my car going to everybody else's car, never put the armour all on my tires ( which I paid for) and my car was not vacuumed. I can't give zero stars... I went for an oil change this morning since its close to the house and is one of the Mobil 1 service centers; will never go back. The oil they use comes from opened bottles they refill from a big barrel. How can I be sure the oil I'd requested was used? the answer was that I could call some technician to verify/test the oil. Just left the car wash feeling disgusted. I hadn't had my car detailed in about 2 months so today was the day. We just moved right by here so I was excited to try them out. I drive a Ford fusion so nothing huge. I got the $49 wash to make sure my inside and outside was thoroughly detailed. 45 minutes later I'm having to wipe off water marks. There is still dirt in my wheel Wells. My leather seats where not conditioned like I specifically asked which package that came with. The owner was nice and came and started helping the guy clean my wheel Wells after I complained. But he made excuses and made me feel like an inconvenience. Sorry my hard earned $50 is an inconvenience to you. Going forward I guess I will just stick with my $18 blue wave wash and detail my car myself. Worst place to get your vehicle washed! These guys care more about getting you car done fast and quick than actually doing a good job. I took my truck in and my little niece could have done a better job. They don't care about detail work. My truck got washed but they pay no attention to dirty spots around emblems under mirrors around body lines. Apparently cleaning the bugs off your front end and and windshield isn't included with the car wash anymore, I guess you have to pay extra for that. I don't even want to get started with the interior. Overall once again the worst place to wash your car period! Your better off doing it your self, save yourself the $30. read more

I never give out 5 stars.... I have had nothing but good luck in taking my car here. I usually get only an express wash, but on occasion will get full wash. Never was I disappointed. I was selling a car one time, got it detailed for the sale, and it sold in a flash ! everything looked new on a 2001 car. (15 years old) I got my asking price and the buyers praised the immaculate condition, even tho it was not that way when I brought it in. After a trip, I take it in , show them all the bugs that have accumulated over 4,000 - 5,000 miles and they do an extra special job on them. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Saddlebrook opened up a bout 3 years ago. Their office staff is blunt and ignorant, but we took our vehicles for location convenience. They advertise a 24-hour rain check, but when we took it the next day with our receipt, they reluctantly agreed. We had to drive the vehicle ourselves, they did a poor job in crying it, and did not touch up the tire shine, which was an extra $7. We would never take it back to this business. Instead, we are going back to Hallmatk Car Wadh. Sometimes, it's just worth driving a few extra miles. read more
