I just would like to know why a $5 charge was added to the wash package I ordered, even though the vehicle goes through an automated wash but overall was satisfied with the wash. The supervisor that checks all vehicles before handing them over is pretty meticulous which I love! It's not clean to him you won't get your vehicle until it is correct! The car wash was pretty good. No complaints for the price. I left the workers a tip. Below is the email I sent to the contact on their website. Unfortunately it was kicked back so I don't know how to contact a manager/owner so I am posting here and other social media sites. I just picked up my truck after having it detailed. The workers did a good job on the detail. My issue is with the young girl I paid. She basically chastised me for not leaving my phone number so they could contact me. I told her no one was here when I dropped my truck off. She said she left a note. There was no note. I and another patron that had already been waiting for "10 minutes", according to him, couldn't find anyone to help us. Regardless of whether she left a note, this is NOT how to run a service business. I know this because I own a service business. Someone should ALWAYS be there to interact with the customer. If they are not, they certainly shouldn't chastise a customer for not leaving their phone number when no one was at the desk. I used to bring my truck for a detail and oil change. I had a similar issue with the folks changing my oil and servicing my truck. Basically they didn't do anything beyond changing the oil. That was over a year ago. I stopped giving Saddlebrook my business after that. I just needed my truck washed today so I decided to give them another chance. HUGE FAIL! I won't be back. read more

Was totally reluctant to go after reading their very low rating. Although my husband has had consistent satisfactory and no issues for their inspection services, I went ahead and took our SUV in for cleaning. Best decision it was indeed! Initially was going for the Gold service option (with coupon) but consulted the then attendant writing the work ticket (who coincidentally is the Manager), offered me an option that was difficult to decline of going for the higher level with detailing option applying the proportional discount. 45 minutes later, interior and exterior detailing was superbly done Thanks so much to Manager Carlos and his crew who diligently cleaned my quite filthy, much needed cleaning white SUV My hubby as well was impressed We'll definitely will be back! read more

This week I brought two cars to be cleaned. I have a BMW and a Nissan Versa Hatchback. I brought the BMW first then the Nissan, when I looked at my receipt I noticed that they charged me $1.50 more for a "Truck, Van & SUV." I brought it to the cashier's attention, and he shrugged his shoulders and pointed at the guy that wrote the ticket. I said "obviously my hatchback car is not and SUV or Truck." No apology and no offer to refund me. I didn't press it because it was a $1.50, but it's the principle and the attitude once it was brought to their attention. Then I looked at my BMW receipt and was charged the extra $1.50...apparently this is not a mistake but a business practice. Sad because the people cleaning the vehicle did a good job, but there are more (many more) car washes to choose from. read more

Took my car to have a full detail including carpet shampoo. Shampoo was completed and it looked perfect. Technician stated to keep doors open to allow carpet to air out. Car doors were kept open for 48hrs and carpet is still not dry. Car now smells like wet shoes and feet from excessive water saturation. The carpet is so saturated it left dirty water marks on my daughter brand new school back pack and her jacket. The manager George and assistant manger Ruben refused to fix the mistake and he refused to give me the owners information for contacting purposes. He said the only person available is the person whom does payroll. Do not go to this car wash, the customer service is not well. Your car will be ruined and more money will need to be spent to fix their mistakes. read more

So last summer, my wife took our van in to Saddlebrook car wash to get the oil changed before our long drive out of state. During that visit, they talked her into changing the air filter. We then went on our out of state trip. When we got back, a bunch of sensors started going off on our instrument panel. I took the car to Honda and this is what they said was the problem, " DIAGNOSTIC REVEALS; (WRONG AIR FILTER TYPE).... FITMENT AND SIZE: CAUSING WARNING LAMPS. NOT RELATED TO ROAD OBSTACLE COLLISION. ..=-WRONG AIR FILTER TYPE AND SIZE. CAUSED STRAIGHT TURBULATED AIR AND DIRT TO DAMAGE THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR. ... FILTER IS AFTERMARKET AND WRONG SIZE. REPLACED MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR AND ENGINE AIR FILTER." So $700-$800 later we had to make some repairs. The next day I went up to the Saddlebrook car wash and spoke to the shop manager "Carlos" and told him this is what happened due to the wrong air filter being put on. I then walked over with him to his computer and he verified that we had had the work done. Carlos went on to say that it's impossible that they did not put the wrong one in. I then took the air filter and put it in the car and show them how much of a gap there was. You could plainly see there was about a half inch to an inch gap where debris could get past the filter. Carlos started to tell me that I should've taken my vehicle to them first instead of going to a mechanic. I told him why would I come to a car wash when I had issues with my car. Carlos took my info down and said someone would call me. After waiting a couple weeks, I went back and spoke to Carlos and he referred me to another guy who appeared to be the manager. I explain the situation, and he also did not seem to be very helpful. During both times that I went up there I was polite and respectful. Also just because I was recording both times with my phone. The manager said that he would take my information and make copies of my paperwork from Honda and that his boss would submit a claim through their insurance and someone will call me. After not hear anything for 2-3 months, just before December I called back up there to ask him what the status was and he said someone will call me, but that he didn't think it got approved. What really pisses me off is that no one called me to even tell me that no they weren't going to approve the insurance claim and no one from the insurance company even called me or the owners of the business. read more

I went here to get my inspection done. And I had a problem with my gas cap so I went to the auto zone and the guy explained to me that if something was wrong my check engine light would be on. Another lady chimney in and said they have problems with gas caps from this place all the time. I went somewhere else and passed nothing wrong. Gummy material of some sort, and oh, black tar stuff in the crevices that I unknowingly got all over my hands, and no. I didn't touch the wheels. I posted pictures for proof. I had just purchased this car used for my teenagers first car and the first stop I did was to get it "detailed". Save your money and do it yourself. Had been here before for just a basic wash and it came out fine so I thought I'd come back for the $45 gold wash since it was really the inside of my car that was grubby. It exceeded my expectations. The entire inside of the car including the trays and cup holders were clean enough to eat off of. And two weeks later is still smells freshly cleaned. Great job with the outside as well since I didn't even recognize my car coming out of the Kroger afterwards! Definitely above and beyond my expectations which were lowered by the other reviews on here. I sat nervously reading all the negativity in the waiting area thinking what have I done?? LATEST UPDATE: they honored my old receipt and washed the truck. Seems like it was just an honest mistake so I am bumping up the stars since they made it right in the end. UPDATE: brought it back and explained the situation to another guy and showed him my receipt. He said okay, and that he would run it through again, and told me to just show my old receipt when it comes out.... Will update on condition of this promise is fulfilled. If I am happy - I will update the number of stars accordingly. ORIGINAL: Took truck to get an oil change and car wash/vacuum. Paid for both, but only got the oil change. The wash didn't get the dirt off, and they didn't clean the inside of the car or the wheels when I specifically purchased the "The Wheels" car wash. May have had something to do with it being closing time (they were rushing to go home I guess), but they shouldn't have started my services or charged me if they didn't think they could finish the work.
