I was told our order was next in line. I waited another 10 minutes and saw 3 more people served (who ordered way after us). I returned to check again and got a deep sigh and rolling eyes (mind you, it's been over 40 minutes at this point). They checked with their cook and he hadn't even started it. We were headed to airport and needed to get going, so when I pressed for an ETA he grumbled it'd be 5 minutes at most. He is typically parked in the AIH parking lot, or some evenings at odd man rush brewery. Probably the best Philly cheesesteak I've had in Alaska. It had really great flavor. The cheese sauce was super tasty and spread evenly through out the meat. The veggies and meat are cooked well, and have a nice char to them. Customer service was excellent. The owner Kaleb is super friendly, and he had another employee with him that was also very nice. They sometimes have free ice cream bars for kids, which is such a kind gesture! There are a few other menu items besides the cheesesteak, but that's really what this truck is known for! Though I've heard the burgers are also good & will be giving it a try as well.
