We visited the NW Safe store in Spokane with a specific safe in mind. David was awesome in helping us. He explained that for less money we could in fact, have an almost identical safe for less money and a shorter wait time. The decision and purchase was made that day! During the interim, I had multiple questions which David took his time to patiently answer each one. When the safe arrived and the installation scheduled, the install team kept us informed as to their arrival time. The installation. Never before have I experienced such overall professionalism with an install team. Friendly. Personable. Fast. The truck had everything needed, in a specific place and totally organized. They worked as efficiently as I could ever imagine. With no spoken word, one would, in advance, stage for the next step so there was no lag time going to from one activity to the next. No battery was used until it failed, it was replaced while not being used. They cleaned up, ensured we knew how to open the safe and left in short order. Wow! Recently I bought 3 new exterior door handles/locks combination, to replace my 30 plus years old hard use with 5 boys, and they were rattling and loose. I took them to Al's, they keyed handles 2 to match 1 of the three, in a fairly short time. I thought the cost on the truck was very reasonable considering they sent 2 men a a truck.
