Granted, that customer clearly is an idiot since she took the wrong dog home, but when they brought out the wrong dog, the lady actually argued with me that I was wrong! After I had received the message saying that she was ready to be picked up, I went to get her but nobody came out, I yelled "Excuse me" a couple of times and even opened the little gate and knocked on the door, The dogs started barking, and one of the ladies looked up ( because you can see through the door that the lady) She looked up and went about her business. The point is that none of those three ladies could answer me saying something like "we're coming, or we will be there surely with you " nothing, I got completely ignored. My husband called and explained the situation and the Ladie just laugh in the phone and said.... "Oh yeah" ...... what kinda of customer service is that!!

When…read moreI arrived, the owner said the groomer was her daughter and she had a long day, had to get something to eat so just let her know what I wanted done with my dog and she would relay it. I said cut about 1/2 off since winter is coming so she still has fur and cutout the 3 little mats if she can't comb them out. She asked if I wanted her tail kept long and I said YES. I came back in 2 1/2 hrs later for my 5 lb dog and my poor doggie was shaved to the bone with her tail and ears chopped short. The woman insisted that she was not shaved. There was no hair left on her that you could comb or grab. I call that shaved. I will never let anyone touch her again without meeting the actual groomer (which of course, I thought I was going to meet). Needless to say, neither of us were happy. Now she's shivering and ever since this, she is not eating like she used to. She used to wolf down her food; now she starts to eat, then backs up, plops her bottom down and looks around like something is scareing her. I don't know what they did, but there's something that is now inscribed in her little head that she can't seem to forget. It's infortunate that I had a bad experience because they were highly recommended.

She spoke to us like we were children and told us our grooming would "cost more money" if we did less services. She spoke to us as if we had no clue about our own dogs or grooming and said the dogs would be in "more pain" if we did not do exactly what they wanted. We were already paying a premium to them and we tip well. I would not recommend this place at all. I would not trust them with my dogs.
