A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. After the contract term was up, I went with a more well known, nationally recognized security provider who even provided the letter to cancel with CSG. Afterwards CSG took their final payment for the 30-day contract requirement...or so I thought. 33 days later, they took another payment claiming the 30-day notice was not provided, even though they've acknowledged the cancellation. I've essentially paid for 63 days of service with no service.
