I had a deeply upsetting experience at this salon with a technician named Lee. From the moment I sat down, he was extremely rude, snapping his fingers at me to give directions instead of speaking. The situation escalated when he heard me speaking my native language on the phone. He made derogatory remarks about it and showed clear hostility. When I calmly addressed his behavior and asked for professional treatment, Lee became aggressive, started shouting, and ultimately refused to finish my manicure. He left my nails completely unfinished and without polish. It is unacceptable for a business to treat customers this way or to mock someone's language. I felt discriminated against and unsafe due to his hostility. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place, especially if you expect to be treated with basic human decency.
