Franco seemed very nice on the phone. Set up an appointment for this morning. I spoke with him again yesterday to confirm everything for today. Texted him when he was 30 min late. I called after he was an hour late and I couldn't get in touch with him. I called back again in about 15 min, he answered and explained how he could be here in 45 minutes but offered no apology or reason for being late. I told him I would've appreciated a heads up if he was going to be late but he didn't care. Sadly, I still have a messed up wheel and I'll have to take it somewhere else. This was my first time using Apex Auto, and Franco was super easy to work with. I was able to schedule a day for Franco to come to me to refinish a rim with some minor curbing along with a small rock chip on the spoke. A couple of hours later, Franco had my rim looking like new! It was almost impossible to find a mobile rim repair person but I happened to find Apex Auto Appearance online and had some rim work done recently by Franco. Great service at a great price. He came the day after my initial phone call to him, right on time as promised. He had all the necessary tools in his mobile workshop. He was not able to finish the work the same day due to the rainy humid day that we were having, but he explained this to me and assured me that he would return to finish in a couple of days once the humidity clears up.
