I needed tire pressure sensors, I ordered chrome and they put rubber in. They told me that they would come on once I drive it, I drove home to Atlanta and they still did not work. $150 that I spent and got crappy service. I left message after message, and not return call. Worst service ever! Stripped out my lug nuts and refused to fix it. Then they refused to refund my money. They told me to go get the stripped lug nuts fixed and bring it back so they could install my tires. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANYTHING! read more

We were looking online at wheels for weeks and trying to decide on size and style. Wanted to go up to a 20 rim but didn't know if we could on my car. Decided to go look at some in person and found Adams online with good reviews. So glad we went in. The staff is so knowledgeable and so customer focused. They spent so much time with us, on a busy Saturday, to help us figure out what we needed and wanted. Their expertise prevented me from choosing the wrong thing for my car. Just got the new wheels and tires put on today and can't stop looking at them. It looks SO good! I went to their location on buford dr. Arrived at 4pm on Friday. I wanted to have service on a tire I asked the guy in the office could they service me today, he went outside told me what the problem was and said "we have like 3 cars ahead of you but yes we can do it for you" I wasnt in a rush as I needed it done because I knew I wouldn't be able to do it tomorrow and had plans of a graduation. I knew they closed at 6pm but they where still pulling cars around back at 6 so I'm thinking they're gonna keep going until they finish. I see the same guy from the office come outside and take the rims off the display rack one by one there was 9 rims! I'm parked right in front of the store! He pass my truck at least 10 different times still thinking ok I must be next. So I see the tire techs come from the back of the shop get in their cars so I walk inside to inquire about when am I up, mind you its 7pm at this time! The same guy to me say we're closed! I say what he replies we've been close for a hour! I say to him you told me you could get me in today ive been here 3 hours and you past me several times!!! He then proceeds to say you must have left I'm looking confused and I say to him I haven't left your parking lot, I told him what guy was coming to the front to get cars, I told in exactly what order he pulled all 9 rims off the display rack, I told him about the sticker he came out and tried to put on the window and what time a young lady that work their left!!! He then begins to argue with me and say well we're close! I had scheduled some more work to be done on Tuesday coming up so he say to me well you will be in on Tuesday just have it done then!!! Purchased some used 22 inch rims for a Mercedes S550. Immediately had issues with wheels being out of balance and/or bent. Notified Blake/salesmen immediately and stated to bring it back and they will take care of the problem! I've done my due diligence and took my vehicle back 3 times same issue. I initially asked about nub centric rings and he assured me he had everything taken care of, when I initially asked the installer about the hub centric rings, he stated they were Mercedes rims and there is no need. The last time I took my vehicle back Blake/salesmen drove the vehicle and validated that my vehicle needed hub centric rings; the plastic ones they installed were not the correct ones. I stated what the installer stated and he assured me they were used "not"... I have been getting the run around about getting the hub centric rings from California. It's been over a week??? But he can get special order rims in a matter of days!? My car has been parked for over a week waiting on UPS. Poor service, workmanship, and promptness. Sounds like the run around... read more
