I cannot brag enough about Dave and his team. Dave literally saved my life and my 2014 Audi A4. In February my car began misfiring anytime I accelerated or went up a hill. Took it to Audi Carlsbad they told me I needed a high pressure fuel pump. That didn't fix problem. Audi Escondido scheduled an appointment and told advisor that I believe something was wrong with injectors. He told me that's not something that typically goes wrong on these cars. They rechecked the spark plugs and coils that were done in December. They called their tech support who recommended them replace the high pressure fuel pump since it wasn't done by them even though it passed the test. I declined. Finally I found Dave. Dave spent hours taking apart my vehicle to get to the bottom of the issue. He replaced a sensor and all 4 injectors. My vehicle now drives like it's brand new. I don't remember the last time it drove so well. I've been sick to my stomach for months stressed out that'd I'd have to get rid of my forever car. My baby is getting ready to hit 130k miles. If you want an honest, knowledgeable mechanic please come to this shop. I will continue to drive from San Diego to Riverside for all major repairs. read more

The Girl who answered the phone put me on hold briefly, came back and told me 1 hour labor...$105.00! Understand that all they have to do is plug into the computer and reset it. It literally takes about 39 seconds! That price is higher than what the dealer charges! read more

This is my first time ever coming here. I called them this morning and asked about the GoAPR sale that's going on for my MK6 GTI. Dave answered all my questions with Direct answers and I felt pretty comfortable about going to his shop. He said if I can make it in before 12 I'll have you done and down the road pretty quick. Don't go here for transmission work. I took my car here for just a DIAGNOSTIC quote because Dave assured me that he could beat another shop's prices. I got a call from him telling me what was wrong with my car NOW THAT HE HAS THE TRANSMISSION ON THE BENCH!!! I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK!!! I didn't sign any papers, he only took down my Name and phone number.I certainly didn't authorize him to DISMANTLE my car, only do a diagnostic. MYCAR THAT WAS RUNNING WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE SHOP NOW NEEDS A FULL OVERHAUL INSTEAD OF JUST A REPAIR!!!! He wants onward and upwards of $3000 to $4000 to install another transmission. My car that was BOUGHT IN RUNNING IS NOW IN PARTS!!!! Now he wants me to sign papers before picking up my Xterra with PARTS IN A BOX and he is charging me $200 a day storage. The name of the company should be LETHAL TOUCH not SAFE VIEW!!! The California Bureau of Automotive Repair is now investigating this case. read more
