I talked to a service manager Tawnee today and I explained to her that I went base on the dealer advice when I dropped my car. She said unfortunately she can cover 3 days. I was not agreed with it since I was informed by the service advisor that they will work on my Jeep for 6 days. I won't recommend this place at all. The rental car was filthy as well and even the car was covered for 5 days they charged me $150 for it still.

My biggest issue is how my credit application was handled. Before my credit was run, I was extremely clear with my salesperson, Frank, about how important it was to me to limit hard inquiries. I specifically asked that my credit only be submitted to Toyota, and I was reassured that it would be. While sitting in the dealership, I began receiving notifications of additional credit inquiries. I later spoke with a manager, John, who explained that Toyota apparently declined my application, after which it was sent to three additional financial institutions, and then Toyota ultimately took it back. This was never communicated to me. Had I been told Toyota declined my application and that my credit would be submitted elsewhere, I could have made that decision for myself. I was completely willing to continue building my credit and come back when the time was right. Instead, I feel like I was stripped of the ability to make my own informed decision about my credit and financing. What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically raised this concern the day of the purchase. I also followed up afterward. Yet when I spoke with management, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that perhaps something could have been done if they had known that day. I am not asking for something they cannot do. I am asking for accountability, an honest investigation, and a genuine effort toward a resolution. Instead, I have felt dismissed. Frank has also been unresponsive and unhelpful regarding the situation, which is incredibly disappointing because he was the person I trusted and specifically discussed my concerns with. The one person I want to recognize is Victor Torres. He went out of his way to connect me with management, made sure I was able to speak with someone, and showed genuine sympathy for what I was experiencing. He was the only person who made me feel heard and actually tried to help. I genuinely appreciate him. After nearly a decade of loyalty, two vehicle purchases, and years of servicing my vehicles here, I expected a much higher level of transparency and customer care. I am not looking for special treatment. I deserved the opportunity to make my own informed decision about my credit and financing, and I feel that opportunity was taken away from me. The copies were given to me on a thumb drive and it is missing the details of the dealer added-ons and missing at least one document I remember signing (addendum) with Jimmy. I asked for details of these add-ons and a copy of the addendum but have not received the documents it or a reply to my request in four days.

From the second we arrived, Steven Trevino was an absolute lifesaver. He was honest, deeply sincere, and highly communicative. Unlike our previous experience where everything was just shady "word-of-mouth," Steven and his team actually took the time to fully inspect our car and wrote down *every single detail* perfectly. They completely exposed the fraudulent diagnosis we were given elsewhere. Steven's technicians proved our steering rack was perfectly fine and instead found the real culprits: separated lower control arm bushings and a steering angle sensor error. Steven handled everything professionally, getting those factory defects completely repaired under our warranty for $0.00! (The other dealership Valley Hi Nissan, Victorville, CA) had forced us to drive on a failing suspension, our front tires were completely ruined, but Steven got us sorted out with brand new tires and a precision alignment. I was told by sales they don't talk prices on phone, come sit in chair. Why do all these dealerships play the game of get the buyer in a chair and good/bad cop them. It's exhausting and frankly feels old school. We have money to buy a car and was hoping the sales team would give me the confidence to make that long drive to buy a car. Not so with this dealer, so off to the next one and hoping for a better experience. Update; they decided to text me a quote - which was $60 higher than what is on the web site. Then they text me that it's my budget that's the problem. This process is broken or they need to train people better. And the prices have come down as things depreciate and carry costs are real. They just didn't want to put effort in with us. Despite any responses, my interaction was exactly as I described.
