I am so glad that a friend of mine suggested going to Wilson & Bell. My car was leaking power steering fluid like a sieve and thought it was my rack. No. It was the hose (which is difficult to route). They discovered a broken lower radiator bracket. They let me use my own vendor to replace that part. It was the second one I've replaced. That led to a break in the upper radiator bracket and a air conditioner hose too. Anyway, my Corvette is not rubbing when I come to indents in the road now. The air is now working great. They fixed up my rubber faring along the front of the vehicle and now it is as it should be. I'm very satisfied with their work and will recommend them to others (like right now). read more

I brought my truck here a couple of years ago and was pleased with the price and work they did. I thought I finally found a mechanic I can trust. WRONG!!! I brought my gf truck in here Friday because it was leaking coolant. they told me it needed a new water pump. so I said cool, they can proceed with the work. Today I'm driving on the fwy and I hear a sputtering noise. I pull off the fwy and open the hood to see what the noise is and I see loose and missing screws on the engine. I also see the mechanic left his craftsman wrench under the hood. $475.00 FOR THIS SHOTTY WORK???!!! DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! Excellent service. They listen to you and explain what needs to be done to your car. They will tell you what you what is the most important thing you need to do so you can do it first. They don't push a lot of "crap" extras like dealers so often do. I have been to many other places where the cost is ALWAYS the amount estimated or higher. First off you should really look at the one star reviews for this company because they are understated. My experience at this shop started with one of the co-owners on the phone Ordering parts from a female on the other end of the call. After the call ended he went off on a cussing tyrant fit about these Fu#$$@# women that he has to deal with to order parts from & so on, then looks at me as if I know what hes talking about. This should have been a RED flag for me as far as character & moral flaw for this company but at the time I did not know this was one of the two owners. I had a 04 chevy that needed a new motor they quoted me a price & we went forward with it. Evidently they were having a difficult time with it & this job was getting into the beginning of the 3rd month now, what happened next was nothing short of what a little spoiled kid would do, he proceeded to tell me he wanted more money for the job, I said uhhh........ i cant do that & we had an agreement & on top of that you've had my vehicle for almost 3 Months now!! As soon as I said that he flipped out!!! & told me to come get my peice of SH#% out of his shop!!!Now for one man to talk to another man like that takes some balls or just plain stupidity ( this was the second owner speaking to me not the receptionist one) I see these 5 star reviews & it had me scratching my head in confusion because I'm SURE this is not a isolated case, this is the way these guys deal with people & customers, it's in the blood, there As$Ho@#. Just want everyone to beware & be cautious. Maybe i was treated like this because I didnt pull up in my classic car with money? I have no idea. Well once again Ross came through and helped me out!! My car would not start in front of the bank today as I was out running errands. I had AAA but called Ross first to ask if he thought it might be my battery or my starter. He determined over the phone it was probably the battery and if AAA jumped my battery he would wait for me, over his lunch break, to replace the battery for $50 cheaper than AAA quoted me!! AC Delco Battery still had six months left on warranty. Didn't trust last place I bought the battery for several reasons. ($600 for a $149 battery) Now they wanted 29.95 to check it for an hour and a half. Called Wilson and Bell and Mark told me bring the car in, no appointment necessary. It took him less than 5 minutes to see that the battery was bad. Replaced it and now the warranty starts from the beginning. He was quick and knowledgeable. Their place is clean and efficient. Now I have a mechanic who knows their stuff and doesn't rip me off. Said he could replace the battery but there would be a small charge to do it. I said go for it. Took his card and said I'm glad I found an honest mechanic. They were very pleasant and joked about the $600 charge for the battery...lol read more

Mark and Ross are very good at what they do. They diagnose problems accurately and finish repairs in the amount of time they say they will, generally within one day. If they say the car will be ready by that afternoon, it always is! They get it right the first time.
