My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.

Finally my fiance suggested I give Smith's a call and request a quick over the phone quote. A wonderful gentleman by the name of Fred gave me a great price (half of what others quoted), answered my several frazzled questions and numerous calls..all with a friendly and helpful demeanor. They had my window in stock and was able to book me a same day appointment. I arrived at 1:30pm and they were able to get my car in the shop within 10 minutes and thank God because torrential downpour began shortly after I arrived. He said it would take about an hour and a half to fix my car and his estimate was spot on. Now the waiting room isn't too fancy but it works and there is free Wi-Fi. Luckily Orange is the New Black just started, so I was well occupied for the entire wait time. There is also a strip of plugs for phone charging. Overall the experience was pleasant and I am very grateful that they were able to make a frustrating experience as painless as possible. Recommend this place to all!

I read the reviews and looked at the pictures and decided to reach out for a quote. I emailed and called (that's just me, lol) and talked to Henry and Freya (both super nice) and got a more REASONABLE quote. They told me they'll order the part and that the part will be in the next day (today Wednesday 4.15.16) around 11a. I told them awesome and see you tomorrow around 11a. The next day arrived and immediately Henry knew exactly who I was took my keys and about 30-35 minutes later my vehicle was done. Went outside to view it and you couldn't tell it's not the original glass that came with the vehicle, that's how much of a perfect match they did. I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone, if they need auto glass work done on their vehicles.

Prior to the service, I had not experienced this issue. After the work was completed, the vehicle appeared to have an anti-theft or security system problem that prevented it from starting. Because I needed to get my vehicle running, I contacted a locksmith for assistance. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when the locksmith arrived. The interaction between the shop owner, his wife, and the locksmith became confrontational. The locksmith completed the work needed to get the vehicle running, and afterward the shop owner threw money at him. During this process, I was subjected to yelling, profanity, and what I perceived as threatening behavior from the owner. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I never demanded reimbursement, nor did I initially place blame on the shop. I simply wanted to understand what happened and get my vehicle operational. Instead of working toward a solution, the situation became unnecessarily hostile. Regardless of the mechanical issue itself, the way I was treated as a customer was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Nor would I ever support such a place. Disgraceful.

I called two companies requesting for quotes, and their quote was slightly cheaper, especially because they had a $50 for $70 of service yelp coupon (essentially $20 off). I was impressed by their professionalism and their service speed (everything was done in under an hour). I do have one suggestion for the business. They gave me a 4 hour block estimate of when they would be arriving, which could be an inconvience for some people who are leaving their car at work and need to go home within that time block. Although this wouldnt solve the problem, texts to update us with a more exact time as they are approaching closer to the time would be helpful to help us with planning out our day. Overall, I received great service and will definitely consider this company again for my future auto glass needs.
