I had an amazing experience here! I booked an appointment through my insurance after getting a crack in my windshield. It was super easy to schedule and they had decent availability. I dropped my car off and they had it done in exactly two hours. They also vacuumed my car, left me a note, and put my toll pass back on the new windshield. This was AWESOME and I was so impressed! Super timely and friendly staff. I will say that the waiting room is tiny so I would recommend waiting elsewhere. Terrible customer service! Went in to get a rock chip and they cracked my windshield. The employee was rude the entire time and now I left with a bigger windshield crack than I did before. Let me start by saying this Safelite location should be investigated. I scheduled an appointment to have my Tesla's front and rear windows repaired and arrived early on a Saturday morning. When I walked in, the woman at the counter completely ignored me while she chatted with someone. After a while, she finally asked if she could help. I told her I had an appointment, and she took my info and key, but her attitude was rude and dismissive. Not exactly reassuring when you're leaving your car in someone's care. After driving all the way home, I got a call saying they couldn't do the repair because they had ordered the wrong part for the back window. This should have been caught before I left. I don't live close by, so having to turn around was beyond frustrating. When I asked how this happened, the tech simply said, "I don't know." I arranged a ride all the way to Everett to pick up my car. When I got there, the same woman didn't say a word, she just slid my key across the counter and stared. No apology. No explanation. Nothing. To make matters worse, a few days later, my wife told me that Safelite reported to our insurance company that I was "belligerent," that I "snatched the key" from the employee's hand, and even "injured her finger." That is a complete lie. I didn't say a single word when I picked up my key. I've since told my wife to request the security footage, because it would show the truth. I will be calling corporate to let them know about my experience and what they did. Unprofessional staff, zero accountability, and now false reports to insurance. The lady who works in the front office should be fired for lying and false reporting. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. read more

Paid $700 for a passenger window repair and from windshield wipers, first the glass didn't come on the day they said so I didn't have my car for 3 days. Then I get an email half way through the appointment on the third day saying it will be $1200, tried to call with no answer, finally got an answer that that wasn't correct and I wouldn't have to pay the extra $500. Then I come to pick it up and it's been left unlocked on the lot after hours. Then I get in only to see glass all underneath the seats still, tiny shards all over the seat, still in the center console and on the drivers side floor as well. The value of the windshield was appropriate. He left with no mess. Windshield was so clean I thought there was nothing there. He was through. Walked me through dos and donts for new installations. my small chipped front window went in for repair, they not only cracked my entire windshield (which I know can happen but still seems suspiciou) but my brand new car was left with white marks interior and exterior from whatever tools/materials they were using for repair. atleast try and clean it off. I could see handprints in the marks as well. horrible experience. I should have got to the chip repair guys in the parking lots/side of road. read more

They do great work, but I don't like the drop box or more accurate is a cut out on the clear glass door at the entrance. Dropped my keys inside at night, but the problem is lots of homeless and shady people hang around at night, so anyone could come and easily fish out the keys from the cut out on the door and steal your keys and car/truck because they are very visible at night when you walk by the entrance. Criminals could easily smash the glass and get a free ride at your expense. I decided to not leave my truck there overnight because it looked too risky. This location has to get a more secure drop box and not just ask customers to drop keys through a clear glass door with everything visible at night in a high crime area. Also I was scheduled to get my windshield replaced and told that it was a repair and not replace, so I had to call insurance and reschedule after taking time off work to go here, now I have to go again to get it replaced. No problem just a miscommunication by the A.I. bot that communicates with the customer. My main concern is that this location is in a high crime area and the chance of your car getting broken into or stolen is high so I definitely would not leave it overnight. read more

I have been driving my car with a small crack from a debris. And it's recently developed into a bigger one. I made an appointment online with Safelite. This is the nearest spot and for the most recent experience. I showed up on time. They were ready for the work. Took around 2 hours before they replaced my windshield and done recalibration as well. Insurance covered my cost. Really happy about the service here. They have a small waiting area if you want to wait. Location is also convenient. Staffs are super friendly and helpful! Very shady business. Went in for a minor chip repair and the technician was overly aggressive with the repair resulting in creating a much larger crack and now requires the windshield to be replaced. Of course they were happy to offer to replace the windshield once they broke it. Do not waste your time or $ with this business. read more

This place is amazing. Im not sure why they have no reviews. The guys working there were super friendly, the guy at the counter was extremely helpful. Car was vacuumed and the windshield looks amazing. No streaks, no damage, no glass shards. They also got me in 30 minutes before my appt since they had time. wish I could give zero stars. Horrendous incompetence. They did not do the work, made me wait a week and then woke me up at 7:30 am on the day of my appointment to tell me they weren't coming and that I should drive 30 min on the highway with no windshield and leave my car with them. They also didn't even guarantee that they had ordered the correct part and said we wouldn't know until I arrived. Horrible company in general and this location is a nightmare. You're better off not getting the work done at all then dealing with these rude people who aren't gonna do the work anyway. Find a better place read more

I will never use Safelite again. Somehow they failed to notice this loud whistling sound (clearly audible in the video) after they replaced my windshield even though they drove the vehicle (a Jeep Gladiator) as part of the recalibration process. In addition, there were scratches on the new glass. I took it to another Safelite location and was initially told it qualified for warranty service, but that it couldn't be fixed for two weeks after the original install because the glue needed to fully dry (something they failed to verify or tell me about when I made the second appointment). So, I waited the required number of days and went back a third time. This time they claimed that because it passed their pressure test, there was nothing wrong with the installation! I asked them to drive the vehicle to hear the whistling clearly coming from the windshield and they refused. I now have to have another company replace it as Safelite refuses to do anything to rectify this. Unbelievable! read more

I had my windshield replaced here yesterday because I had a large crack in it. The people at the front desk were really pushy about upselling me on new windshield wiper blades while scheduling my appointment and when I was dropping off my car. They said that the old wiper blades most definitely had glass in it and would scratch the new windshield without looking at either the glass or the blades. They really wanted me to buy their $65 wiper blades and reassured me that these were the best on the market so I acquiesced. After I picked my car it started raining so I used the new wiper blades which made this horrendous screeching noise while moving across the glass, left black streaks on the windshield, and did not properly wipe the water off of the windshield making it hard to see while driving. I removed the wiper blades off of the vehicle and brought them into an auto parts store. They told me that the rubber was inferior quality which is why it left black streaks on my windshield and covered my hands in a black soot. We compared them to the mainstream blades and it was obvious the quality was incredibly inferior and that the ones they sold me are garbage knock-off blades. I bought some name-brand wiper blades which came out to ~$50. When I put them on there was no screeching noise, no streaking, and they wiped the water away efficiently. When I called the office lady to ask about getting a refund she said they will refuse any refunds on products sold because they are under warranty and was rude and confrontational when I told her that I bought good quality blades and installed them myself. She told me that she would have her manager call me but said he will also tell me the same thing and to not waste my time. "It's just how the system works, our hands are tied," she told me. I called Safelite's customer service number and they authorized a refund check in the mail in the next 7-10 business days. The lack of care really makes me question the quality of work here. If they make mistakes in installing a window who is to say that they will make it right if they can just hide behind bureaucratic processes rather than owning up to and fixing mistakes. At the very minimum, if you are getting your windshield replaced here I recommend that you purchase new wiper blades appropriate for your make and model at the auto supply store and put them on yourself in the parking lot. It's really easy and there are simple tutorials on how to do them on YouTube. You also might also ask the glass technician to install them for you but they might be defensive too, I don't know. But, if you want my opinion, I do not recommend this location. I found the office staff to be rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and generally unhelpful. read more
