    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vivint and would strongly advise others to think…read moretwice before signing up. From the very beginning, their sales tactics were pushy and unprofessional. The salesperson was more focused on closing a deal than actually listening to my needs or explaining the system honestly. It felt rushed, misleading, and uncomfortable. Once installed, the issues only got worse. The products are wildly overpriced for what you get, and the customer service is even worse. Trying to get help or accountability from their team was frustrating and unproductive. The most concerning part of my experience was when an unauthorized individual was able to enter my home and invade my privacy using the very equipment Vivint installed. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to provide security. When I raised this serious issue, the senior representative I spoke with after 8 hours on the phone with employees that refused to transfer me or provide employee IDs, showed little to no concern. The response? A half-assed apology and no real action taken to address what happened. That was the final straw for me. I canceled my service and couldn't be happier to be done with them. If you value your safety, privacy, and money--beware and steer clear. This company is more interested in profits than protecting its customers. *Lawsuit incoming*

    A sales Rep (Jacob Myman) came to my house about 6 months ago and did his sales pitch very well, I…read morepurchased the system. But not before stating I was a renter and would soon be moving. Jacob assured me it was "no problem, we will send a technician out to remove and install at new location. I called in October stating I needed a technician to come remove and install, the lady then told me it would $149 for each. I about lost my crap (oh wait i did lose it). I contacted Jacob and he again assured me he would have those fees removed and have an appt scheduled. Again, the ball was dropped and I was never contacted again. I finally called to request the removal, which was scheduled for October 31 sometime between 4-8. At 3:00 I get a call from Cameron, service tech asking if I was home, I was not expecting to be home until 4 and told him so. He said he would go to his next appointment in New Port Richey and would keep me posted. Again, never heard from him, I called Vivint only to be told they could not send a anyone out ( this was just after 7pm on my last day at the address and would no longer have access to this house). They kept repeating they could schedule another appointment, I repeated over and over again I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THIS PROPERTY. They did not care. Again, Cameron reached out to me and said he would be there the next evening and I contacted the landlord to meet him there. Never heard back yet again!!!!!
