5.0 star rating 6/18/2016 I was amazed at how new my carpet looked after. It had many pet stains. It was all fluffy and clean again! I didn't think that would ever be possible again! Anthony and Mike did a fantastic job of not spraying liquid on furniture or walls. Five years ago I had my carpet cleaned by some other non-name brand company and they saturated the carpet, the furniture and left water all over the windows. It was the craziest thing I had ever experienced. It took two weeks for that carpet to dry. Because these guys used the proper amount of liquid, The carpet was dry by the next day because we were having cold weather. I am so happy I decided to go with a reputable and known company. In the past my roommate has always been in charge of arranging the carpet cleaners and used cleaners he found on groupon. The carpets never came out clean and the cleaners always told us it was because the carpet was too old and needed to be replaced. Now I know these people were liars and incompetent. After All-Star Chem-Dry cleaned the carpets they looked brand new despite being nearly a decade old and surviving a revolving door of roommates who didn't care about the mess they were leaving behind. I did a quick search on google for a quality carpet cleaning service in the area and All Star Chem-Dry came up. I read all of the fantastic reviews by other satisfied customers here on Yelp and I have to say, they weren't wrong. Mike was fantastic!! I can't say enough about how professional, polite, prompt and thorough he was. In this time where it seems nobody seems to take any pride in there work any more, it was unbelievably refreshing to come across Mike and his crew. Great customer service, and our carpet looks brand new! We just had our carpets cleaned yesterday, and Mike and Luke couldn't have done a better job! We had our two kids and three of our friends' kids, and they were gracious enough to move the furniture so we could tend to the kids. They were prompt and efficient. Get the deep cleaning if you can. We've been putting off having our carpets cleaned and we're so happy we did until we checked the ratings on Yelp. We've used a chem-dry service in the past, but not All Star. Mike did an amazing job stretching and cleaning our carpet, and cleaning our tile and grout. Both my wife and I were like we should have done this a long time ago. Mike and his crew are really amazing. They got pet urine and 10 yrs of dirt and grime out of the carpets and tiles of my new home. They also polished and sealed my granite countertops AND recaulked my shower! They also power washed my garage floor. And, to top it all off, they are such nice people! Highly recommend! read more
