Used Yelp to start getting bids on different contractors. Many of the contractors did not provide this kind of service or it was not worth their time. Peter the owner of Marblelife contacted me via Yelp and informed me that he could help with the grout lines. His initial visit was to inspect the tiles/grout and then provided me an estimate. He was able to order the custom grout for me which matched the color of the existing grout. Now most contractors would of done this job in a rush. Peter properly did the job and cleaned up on the spots that needed to be corrected. Most importantly, he did not leave the house dirty. His work is neat and precise. It took Peter approximately 8 hours to correct the work by the lousy contractor that we hired to install the tiles. Peter's costs are also reasonable and fair.

We asked if they could come the very next day while my husband was off work, and even though they already had a large job scheduled, Kyle made it happen. Jacob arrived right on time and was professional from start to finish. He took great care to protect our home by laying down towels and covering corners so their hoses wouldn't damage anything. We have two dogs, so we opted for both the carpet cleaning and pet treatment. Our carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in years and were in rough shape, but the results were amazing. This was a one man job with George, the owner , doing all the work. I am very dissatisfied with his service. First of all, the several holes in my stone floors were to be filled with epoxy resin, as stated in the signed contract. Instead he filled them with grout, a much easier and less permanent fix. When I called him out on this, he then refilled the larger holes with the epoxy resin. Next, my counter tops were over sealed and now it shows a film over them which I can't seem to get rid of and my wife hates it. Finally, the shower floor was stripped cleaned and resealed. The seal lasted about three weeks then started to wear off. Every time the shower was used soaked wet spots started to appear in the grout, increasing with each shower. George came back and re-sealed it twice but each time after a couple weeks the sealer started wearing off. I have tried vigorously to contact George Mitchell numerous times over the last month but he will not answer my text, emails or voice messages. It seems he has no interest in finishing the job. This job has been paid in full but not finished. It appears he offers no warranty for his incompetency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mitchell's Stone Restoration and Cleaning Service.

Protection was layed down on our flooring and around all corners so as not to damage anything in our home. I chose Barry because of the Yelp Reviews. My boss wanted his carpets cleaned while he was on vacation. Barry was a customer service guru. When I first called I got his voicemail, but before I had hung up I got a text from him saying he would call me back as soon as he was available. Then he did call back within an hour and gave me a quote over the phone. I needed a next day appt and he did it. He showed up on time, explained what he would do, confirmed the quote and got to work. There were some pet stains and some coffee stains on the carpet upstairs and down and he took care of them all. I waited a few weeks to post my review to see if the stains came back but they didn't. Barry also said if they did he would come back out. My boss loved the price $225 for five rooms, stairs and hallways and when he returned he loved the way the carpets looked. I ended up having him clean my carpets in 2 houses, one I was moving out of and also the one I was moving into. He was on time for both appointments and my carpets in both houses were clean and beautiful when he left. He got right to work both times and finished up in the expected timeline he told me. He explained to me that certain types of stains may not completely come out and why, so as not to give me any false expectations before he started the work. I really appreciate his up front honesty. I waited wayyyy to long to have Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning back out to my house. I received another great job on the carpets, just like last time. I also had Barry do the tile and grout in my kitchen, dining nook, hallway and entry. that came out looking great too. Carpets spots all came out and it was dry in less than 2 hours. I only gave him 4 stars instead of 5 because he no longer works on Saturday. That's the best day for me but I guess everyone needs a couple days off!! I do not have a lot of carpet in my house, however the majority of it is stairs with lots of foot traffic everyday. I contacted Barry, described the area needing cleaning and he provided me a reasonable quote. He showed up on time, cleaned the carpet and even put a sanitizer in an area my son had recently thrown up for no extra charge. Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable.
