Glenn and his wife showed up slightly early which was great. He answered all my questions and pointed out things that would be a concern about the house. Despite it being a new construction there were things that needed completing which I would of had no idea about because who gets up in the furnace area or roof area or even crawl space on their own. Because of his and his wife's thorough job we went back to the seller requesting things be fixed. One of the major things he caught was a minor gas leak. So glad it was caught. Also, I learned a lot about my potential future house. He even pointed out where to shut the water and gas off if I ever needed to. They were both fast and efficient. The report came the very next day with lots of details and pictures. Also, before they left Glenn went over the whole inspection and what was found and not all bad things about the house. He pointed out good things too such as the appliance being great quality . . . etc and asked if I had any questions which I appreciated. I highly recommend them. :) read more

As a first-time home buyer the process has been overwhelming at times. There are a lot of people involved and it's hard to know who to trust and who knows what they're doing. These guys make the inspection part of the process one you don't have to worry about. They were incredibly thorough and professional, and explained things in a way that made sense while also talking to me like an adult. Glenn and Annette recently did two home inspections for me, one in Sumner and one in Buckley, WA. They saved me from making a huge mistake.The first house I had made an offer on, I knew needed a lot of work, but after I saw the inspection report I realized it was much more of a fixer upper than I was equippped to deal with. I was able to rescind my offer and get my earnest money back. The second house I made an offer on came back with a great report from Glenn, but also gave us some negotiating points. I became a very happy home buyer. Glenn recommended that I be present during the inspection, and I was so glad I was. These guys are awesome!!! Very friendly, very courteous, and very thorough! My son and I are buying a house together and these guys were hired per our Realtor for the inspection and it really couldn't have been a better process.
