I called them and just received automated messages. I called again and spoke to a person who transferred me to a line that was just automated and promised a call back. I never received a call back. It's now been a month since I initially talked to Roberts and I still don't have an appointment.

I wasn't greeted by either one of the older female associates working that day, but noticed one of them staring while I sorted through the scrubs racks. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. TL;DR: the scrubs selection is okay but the customer service, at least for me, was poor.

We thought something was wrong with it. On my next visit to Charlottesville I brought the chair back to the store on my way out of town but they had just closed about 10 minutes earlier. I waved my arms and got Stephanie's attention. She came, opened the door, and heard the issue despite the fact that she was due elsewhere. It turned out that the problem was easy to solve--we probably could have done it ourselves. But I was blown away that she opened the door and helped me when she was under zero obligation to do so. [They have the machines in stock but can't get one in my possession] Initially, they said my doctor had provided an incorrect code and they couldn't process my insurance claim. I had to become their customer service because they were apparently too busy to pick up a phone and call across town and ask my doctor to correct the prescription. I did that for them, yet I am still waiting. I've also called several times and they blame an "AMY' who has the ultimate control over whether or not they can sell me an over-priced breathing machine. Amy doesn't answer her phone or return calls. Perhaps if I were to die in my sleep they'd get off their butts and send my wife a nice card.
