I would love the person handling my medications to try to know me enough to recognize me at least. The latest failure was my med was sent in, I verified with my doctor as well, but they said they hadn't received it. My doctor called again & they said they did have it, but had 2 profiles for my name & birthdate so that's why they told me they never received it. Seriously?!

He got Jeff the assistant manager to help who was witty and again anxious to help. At check out in the garden center, Dawn's computer was acting up and as the line got longer she was calm. Politely assured those waiting and offered them to check out inside. It took a little work but the transaction went through and David rushed in to help us load our new furniture. Dan from the Gresham location came out in a few days to put on a missing "shroud" or plastic reflecting piece. I requested refills of two prescriptions. One was on order. I waited three days and then went to…read morepick them both up. It was Friday night at 5:45pm and the pharmacy was open until 7pm. Upon my arrival they informed me that they had both but one would not be ready until Monday. I picked up the one and drove home. Halfway home I got a notice that the 2nd perscription was ready. It was 6:20pm. I should have just been told to wait for the 2nd perscription. Crazy. Then I wondered why did they say it would not be ready until Monday? I looked up their pharmacy hours and discovered they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. This is so odd as I chose Walgreens for the convenience of picking up prescriptions when I'm not working long weekdays. I wonder what folks are supposed to do when they need a prescription on a weekend?
