I literally had no idea what to expect, but the set list was filled with classics that you could either singalong with or get up and dance to. What made it just a little more special is that my wife knew and worked with him as a teenager. (Just a few year's ago.) We parked at the pier and were lucky that we caught someone just leaving. It's not easy on a nice Summer day between the locals and tourists. Once we entered the lobby, we looked around for a bit then went into the theater. A big semi circle of comfortable seating. No one is too far from the stage. Steven's show had a small cast and I could not think of a better to have seen this. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I can't comment about food since we did not have anything here. I am looking forward to coming back to enjoy the setting both inside and out. KUDOS to the team here at Bay Street Theater.

Saw The Odyssey last night which was my first time in this theatre. The lobby area where…read moreconcessions are alsmot feels like it should be a museum, pretty cool, futuristic and very clean. My issues were the seats, IMAX screen and cupholders (all necessary to enjoy for a nice movie night). The seats inside the theatre are very uncomfortable. I get they're not advertised as luxury recliners, but to say the seats are ergonomic comfortable seats is a biiiig stretch. You're touching arms with the people next to you, even for me as a generally small person. As for the screen, I also felt a little duped. The IMAX screens I've been in are larger and wrap around the sides much more for a better immersive experience. And last, the cupholders are like miniature, child size? I purchased a Perrier from them and when I looked around, everyone's drink also didn't fit except for the small plastic soda cups. Needless to say, I don't think I would return, even for a shorter movie :(

It's the type of building that makes you want to give it a big hug, if only your arms were long enough Built over a hundred years ago as the village firehouse, it also did duty as a church before finally settling in as home to the Flavin Art Institute. How cute is it? Look at the address: Corwith Avenue off of Main Street. The official address is nothing but an intersection. That is seriously small town. The museum houses nine of Flavin's flourescent lighting sculptures. That's right, I did say "flourescent lighting sculptures." It's an amazing medium that Flavin playfully embraced for much of his career. By manipulating the colors and intensity of the lights, Flavin is able to extend each sculpture beyond it's direct physical presence, such that every nook and corner of the museum acquires its own mood. Because the museum is dedicated to Flavin, the works can be installed in a way that they are seen to best effect. If you know Flavin from other museums, come here to see his art taken to the next level of intensity. The museum also has a gallery that houses temporary exhibitions. When I was there, the exhibition was "Dan Flavin and the Hudson River School" and it included his drawings and paintings of the Hudson River, as well as works by artists who had influenced him during this phase of his career. It was fascinating to see, so different from the light sculptures that made him famous. If you come, plan some other activities. The museum is small and even if you linger, you'll likely be done within an hour. If nothing else, take the time to explore the small shops of downtown Bridgehampton. Bottom line: for art lovers who are in the area, the Flavin Institute should not be missed. For people already admire Flavin, it is a must-see, even if you do have to travel for a day.

The setting is exactly what you're hoping for at a North Fork winery--plenty of outdoor space, beautiful vineyard views, and a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a summer afternoon with friends. We shared one of the giant pretzels along with the stuffed grape leaves, both of which disappeared quickly. We also tried the wine frosés, which were cold, refreshing, and perfect for a hot day. They were a bit on the sweet side, though. One was just about right for me; I think a second would have been a little too much. The only reason I'm stopping at four stars instead of five is the staffing. We visited on a busy Saturday, and while everyone working was friendly and working hard, there simply weren't enough people to keep up with the crowd. That's on management, not the staff, who did a great job under the circumstances. One funny discovery: there was a local seafood truck from Bauman's parked on-site, but we didn't notice it until after we'd already polished off the pretzels and grape leaves. Next time. If you're exploring the North Fork wine trail with friends, Corey Creek is a fun stop and one I'd happily visit again. Just don't be surprised if service is a little slower during peak weekend hours. The inside has such an inviting feel and the woman who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a quaint outside space for tasting/eating but it certainly delights! The back patio is so beautiful. It feels like a hidden oasis among the trees and the entire space feels very private. While there, I had a froze and my best friend and I split brie cheese and gluten free crackers. Top notch quality all around!

We have been wine club members at wolffer for over a year and the wine stand is a lovely addition.
