Tasty but sooo expensive. Two of us has one sharing salad, a pepperoni pizza, one wine and one water. Here is the problem: The salad was a nice sized side salad but barely enough for two. The pizza was only an 8-inch thin crust basic pizza consisting of four slices. The salad was $15, the pizza was $16 and the 6 oz glass of table wine was $15. With tax the 'meal' came to $56. I am truly in love with this place. However, my husband and kids did not appreciate it when I told them that I loved this place more than them. As a matter of fact, they spent a few nights at a local hotel after I said that because they were highly offended and my husband threatened to leave me and take the kids. We have been coming here for years and the whole family loves it. The pizza and everything else on the menu is amazing and never disappoints. The other day I went to pick up a slice with my friends from my book club after attending my ex husband's 6th wife's cousins funeral to grab a bite after the only thing served at the funeral was poached quail eggs. One thing that truly stood out was how there were no roaches hidden under the cheese of the pizza, like at the other pizza restaurants in the area. Put my name down and they told me a 30-40 minute wait and I got seated in 10 minutes! Food was great, super tasty and high quality ingredients. crust was a little burnt but overall great food and great service!!!! They also have hand sanitizer dispensers at every table which was awesome read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My boyfriend lives in the area and hates Sag Pizza with a passion, and I now understand why. It's the most disorganized restaurant on the planet. Whichever of the two poorly marked "lines" you choose to stand in, chances are that you're in the wrong one. The two "hostesses" are running around doing everything but seating you. I paid $38 for a cheese 12" pizza, a pepperoni 12' pizza, and a San Pellegrino... to go. So, you can imagine.. if you go in there on a date and have two personal pizzas, and maybe a few drinks, you are looking at a pretty hefty bill. I'll go back, because it's that good. I probably order from Sag Pizza at least 2-3 times a week. I have a lot of food allergies and they have been great about checking things for me (eggs, soy, gluten). Their gluten free pizza is outstanding, and they are one of the only places out here that doesn't use eggs or soy or weird gums in their GF pizza. The service is outstanding. Pretty sure half the staff know me on sight, and I've regularly called in and had the staff know my order. Yes, if you end up here on a busy Friday or Saturday night it's going to be an hour to get a takeout pizza. But that's all of town right now, and it's the reality of summer in a tourist-filled beach town. Yes, there are days the inside dining is empty, but I know I'm not the only one who isn't eating inside restaurants as much these days. Also, I am deeply grateful to the manager Charlie and the rest of the team for helping out any time I'm on a tight deadline and need to pickup literally as they open or call in for a specific time. The service has always been outstanding. Eating in the restaurant, I've even had a server personally remake a drink for my friend, and I've loved the service, the attention to detail, and the overwhelming patience. I was a regular at the old Conca D'Oro and I deeply miss Frankie, Johnny, and Joey. It's definitely not the same place, nor should anyone think it's trying to be... But that doesn't mean Sag Pizza isn't delicious with outstanding service, and a great place to eat if you're gluten free. read more

Ugh. Had extremely low expectations for this place and went in giving the benefit of the doubt given they opened this year. Unfortunately, I am struggling to find any positives. Pizza was fine I guess? Service was horrendous, despite having plenty of staff. Apparently they close at 12, but we were rushed out at 10pm. Why say you are open until 12 when the entire staff is trying to leave at 10:30?? Don't go...plenty of other mediocre places in town that will feel like a 2 Michelin star restaurant next to this one. I would give it 0 stars if I could. This is by far the worst restaurant I've been to in the Hamptons (and I've been out here for 15 years). Not only was the pizza terrible - no taste at all but the service was horrific. We pointed out issues to the manager who told us they have only been open for a week and they are still "working it out." We ordered calamari that was never served or addressed, and 2 out of the 3 pizzas were inedible. We waited forever to put an order in and waited forever for our food. We were there at 10:00 PM and the restaurant was half empty so there was really no excuse for the poor service. When we asked for bread because we were starving they charged us $3 for 2 pieces of bread. The old Concadora made really good food. This is bait and switch. There are SO many good restaurants in Sag. I've probably had dinner here 20x in the last year. The service can vary, but I've never experienced the poor treatment several other reviewers have alluded to. More importantly, the food is always quite good. The pizza is as good as many of NYCs top pizzerias, and their salads and pastas are well above-average. I came here on a weeknight at 7ish, what I'd consider to be peak time. It wasn't necessarily crowded but it definitely gave off that vibe. There were people seated at tables, people at the bar, people and kids at the small bar by the pizza making station, and the open air kitchen itself was full of workers, half of which were standing around just breathing more hot air into this place. There was one person ahead of me ordering, but otherwise it didn't take that long to get my order in and get my two plain slices of pizza to go. I gave them an arm and a leg for those two slices and booked it outta there. Usually when I'm starving, anything tastes good. And at this point in the day, I was pretty darn hungry. The first bite of the first slice was pretty disappointing. The texture was soggy like it had been sitting around for a while. Thin crust pizza like this wasn't meant to sit and be reheated multiple times. It's criminal really. The cheese and sauce were both bland. Each bite was just as disappointing as the last. The only saving grace could have been the crust, but it was blown/burnt to smithereens. I LOLed when another yelper wrote that this pizza will give you cancer, but in all seriousness, there wasn't one salvageable portion of the crust on either of these slices. The crust is the best part of any pizza, so this was a huge letdown for me. Not sure why we had to fix what wasn't broken with Conca's old pizza. That shit wasn't perfect either, but it was a solid 6/10. This was the worst pizza I've ever had. Get your carb fix somewhere else. read more

I am a local 15 years and liked conca doro except for the run down decor. This is definitely a change from the old school Italian toward a city vibe but has great food and drinks and looks great. I was there with my kids before and after Labor Day. Service was stretched before Labor Day as expected but my wife and kids and I all loved it. Calamari - delicious. Pizzas delicious if u love the thin wood fired style. Salads excellent. Ice cream - super creamy delicious. We will be back regularly and believe me if this place was as bad as some of the reviews say I would reflect that no problem and certainly not spend $$ for dinner here. Nicely done folks. read more

The pizza was decent too bad food safety and sanitation isn't a priority. The owner was eating pizza over where employees were cutting and prepping the pizzas to bring to the tables. Honestly one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. I ordered two pizzas. One was the San Marzano, the other the Conca d'Oro. I chose to upgrade the San Marzano with Buffalo Mozzarella for $4. This came with no more than one nickel size piece of cheese on each slice. Talk about being cheap with ingredients. The second pizza was worse than that! It was the soggiest pizza I've ever seen. When I went to grab a slice all that I was able to pick up was the crust. The crust tore from the rest of the slice and laid on the plate in a soggy disgusting mess. I would never ever return. Sooooo, I am a native of Sag Harbor. I live in LA now , and have always come back to Conca Doro for my slice when I visit home. This was the first time I tried out the new place and it was pretty good! I got one slice of pepperoni and a can of sprite, because it's not supposed to be fancy. While the space is bright and airy, it didn't make up for the nearly one hour we had to wait for our 2 pizzas. When they finally did arrive they were completely underdone in the middle. Perhaps, they were rushed in the oven as I complained to our waitress about the wait. However, the pepperoni was very good quality. It's just not worth the price. My $22 appetizer of Burrata and prosciutto came out in a timely manner but it was only served with two small pieces of bread. Not nearly enough to accompany the cheese and meat. I also found the pour on the wine to be slight. The waitstaff seemed to be doing their best. I'm not sure what the issue is. Lots of people seemed to be working yet everything was sooooooo slow. What a disappointment. We waited for a year for this place to open and hoped that since it was the same owners as LT Burger it would be equally solid. It was a hot mess. The waiter had to be asked multiple times for seemingly easy items such as plates, water and a glass of wine. They brought the wrong order to our table and had to walk it back which is great when you have hungry kids waiting for food. The hostess told us it would be a 10 Min wait then a 30 min then and then they sat us 5 min later; all the while with a 6 person table completely empty with us standing right next to it.
