I made a medium sized catering order for a work event ( about $500). The food was ok. Wraps and pizzas and was ready on time. But man were the staff complete assholes about getting me my receipts. It was clear that after the business was done customer service went out the window. If you are just looking for any old slice, sure take a look (theres many comparable places tbh) but if youre looking for food and the minimum level of customer service try somewhere else. read more

Came here to get a slice of pizza before kicking off the afternoon and their hot honey pepperoni pizza was incredibly delicious! it had the perfect amount of hot honey drizzle and the crust had such a nice crunch! i also tried their chicken bacon ranch slice and it was good but i think im phasing out of liking that slice in general lately. my boyfriend got a pepperoni and buffalo chicken and really liked both! this is great place to stop at when you're looking for something quick! read more

Yummiest Buffalo chicken slice in town! Also it just so chill being in there it's not fancy but it feels homely Come here annually. It's also a good spot because their ample parking space but also get crazy during peak peak summer hours. Indoor dining only. Its such a friendly vibe. Food had always been great and staff and owner was always really chill to me and my husband. This place is fabulous! If you're looking for the best New York slice in the Hamptons, look no further. The pizza here is really well done and there are always a number of varieties, from traditional pepperoni to buffalo chicken, which is out of this world! They sell other stuff as well, but why would you bother? Get the pizza! Everyone who works there is really friendly and they know all the regulars by name. They are open year round as well, so no matter what time of year you're in the Hamptons, you're in luck. Make a point to stop in! read more

Best place to grab pizza in the Hamptons! Its located on the entrance road into the town lot from Race Lane, across from the Waldbaums. Be SURE to check parking regulations, as you WILL get a ticket if you go over the time limit in the lot or on the street. The food has always been terrific. I primarily order the pizza, the buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken being my favorites. The sandwiches are also terrific. The owner John is a super nice man and a true gentleman. When I need a quick meal, this is one of my favorite places in East Hampton. They have a TV for those who like to watch sports while eating. read more

The positives are good location and ample seating. From there it goes down hill. The pizza is pretty poor. Taste not special and crust nothing special. The biggest problem is that they put on very little cheese. I have tried it twice with the same result. What a missed opportunity. read more

I had a Sicilian slice which was served lukewarm. The fact that it wasn't hot makes it harder to judge the quality since there's a possibility that it could've been good if it was served hot put it probably wouldn't have been good even if it was hot. read more

We came here after a terrible visit to Rowdy Hall. The staff at fierro's was nice to us and chatted for a bit and the pizza was hot and tasted good--we got pepperoni, white, pesto, and buffalo chicken. The buffalo chicken slice was the favorite. It's a little expensive (16-17 for the four slices i think) but we were visiting from out of town and were expecting to pay more because it's the Hamptons and there aren't a lot of other open restaurants in the winter. read more

Longtime regular here -- 20 years -- and the food and atmosphere are still excellent, no complaints…read morethere. But something has shifted with the sommelier, Michael. He used to be warm and attentive; lately he's been dismissive and plainly rude for no apparent reason. It's happened more than once, so it's not a one-off. It's a real shame, because otherwise this place is as good as ever. Hoping this gets addressed -- this restaurant deserves better front-of-house consistency than that.

We didn't totally know we were in trouble until our server plopped a medium appetizer sized plate…read morefeaturing the singular logo of the storied Palm Restaurant- palm tree with "est.1926" nestled elegantly below said tree, filled with a lake of olive oil encircled by a wall of grated parmigiana on our table, to accompany a basket of stale focaccia that was late to the table. It was an oily and cheesy grotesque sight- but more about this absolute shocker in a moment. The way I understood the story was that The Palm, was bought by Landry's some time ago and is now an uneven experience depending on which of their restaurants you visit, so when I found myself out in Easthampton it didn't occur to me that this version of The Palm, the restaurant inside The Huntting Inn could be shaky. But boy oh boy was I wrong. The Fox News on the TV - sitting there as if to say " Don't Eat Here" should have been enough. The lazy orange slice instead of a nicely pared peel in the Negroni should have been enough. The way too long omittance of silverware and napkins on our table should have been enough for us to have hightailed it outta there- but hey it's The Palm, they still can play the hits, we thought to ourselves. So we ordered. A shrimp cocktail for me, a caprese for the table, and a caesar to split for my hosts. The caprese was waaaay too balsamic'd, a mess of drizzle. My shrimp was fine, even these bozos couldn't mess that up- although the cocktail sauce was lacking quality. Something was amiss. The request for bread was made again, and our servers explained it was being worked on, and they hustled. Let that sink in. The bread- not the normal excellent bread you got at The Palm- onion roll, raisin roll, pretzel roll, breadsticks- but 4 rectangular pieces of focaccia arrived, along with The Lake Titicaca of Olive Oil and Parmigiana . "What's that?", I asked. " Olive oil and Parmigiana " our waiter replied. I sat stunned. Speechless. The 140.00 porterhouse (a bargain l-I know) came next - cooked unevenly, we were as close as you could be to sending it back- along with a cold, old, awful baked potato, that should have gotten the entire kitchen fired for letting it get to a customer. Also, at this version of the legendary Palm, a baked potato with "all the fixins" means they give you 4 terrines with too cold butter, sour cream, cheese, onions, as if you were at a Sizzler salad bar. The broccoli rabe lackluster. I don't fault our servers- they are good kids working hard that simply don't know any better- but it is an absolute disgrace what has happened to the storied and beloved Palm. This could very well be the shittiest restaurant in The Hamptons.

Our food was very very tasty my husband had a meatball sub that he said was outstanding and he eats meatball subs often so I trust his opinion. I had a salad which was so big and that I had enough for the next day and then some and it was also very tasty. The service was friendly and preparation was relatively quick and it was overall very very good experience. Highly recommend when you're in the area.
