Recently ate at Camp Rubirosa. The service was excellent, and the food came out very fast and efficiently. Are reservation was on the earlier side, so the crowd was alot more families and children. The atmosphere was giving a camp vibe with lots of wood and outdoors vibe. Overall would definitely recommend and go back. read more

Great pop up for the summer. We'd experienced a couple other locations (NYC, Aspen) and the Camp location is just as fun with a great theme and quality food. Portions are very large. Pizza is fantastic. Service keeps in line with what you'd expect from a Rubirosa offering. read more

way over hyped. the food is way below average in terms of taste and flavors. service and ambiance is just OK. not worth it and not sure how the 5 star reviews are even possible given the food is simply not good. seems like its more about good marketing and PR as its definitely not about the food. read more

The hamptons are very difficult places for restaurants. Camp Rubirosa is a decent pizza restaurant. The problem is it is outrageously over priced. The portions are minuscule. But priceed like you are eating at a 5 star nyc restaurant. Drinks are so expensive. $31 for a martini. And a small one at that. Just adds insult to the injury when you get the check. The tables are small so it makes relaxing difficult. When you pay the bill you are asked for a min 20% tip. Sometimes it is hard to swallow along with the other cheap shots they hit you with. read more

Came here on a Sunday without a reservation and was able to grab a seat at the bar around 5 pm. Pop-ups like this one are always so interesting to me because the place really looks and feels like their city location but with a fun campy vibe - they did a great job decorating. Our bartender greeted us and welcomed us in. He told us he'd been working at the NYC location for the past five years, so we felt like we were in good hands. Prices on this menu are a bit higher than the NYC location, but that's to be expected. I was a little bummed to find that there aren't two different sizes of pizza offered here, but I guess it makes sense given this is just a pop up that one size would streamline things considerably. We ordered the Tie Dye pizza and the vodka pasta. Both were delicious and (if I'm being honest) the vodka sauce here is a little bit better than the city (which the bartender noted as well). If you're craving quality pizza and pasta while you're out in the Hamptons this summer, this place will give you that fix. read more

Good option for a big group and a lot of sharing! We got the rubirosa salad, cacio e pepe, vodka pasta, tie dye pizza, classic pizza, rubirosa supreme pizza, mozzarella sticks, and eggplant parmesan. We really liked everything except for the eggplant parmesan. I don't know if something went wrong with it or what, but they ended up taking it off the bill. Super disappointed. Huge fans of rubirosa in manhattan and this was a major let down. Service was bad, drinks were awful (and $30), pizza came out cold. Was excited to try some of the gluten free options they have in manhattan but apparently not an option here which was a shame...Several people in our group had to go to bar and ask to have their drinks remade, which for the insane price should not happen. BEST calamari we've ever had! We were very surprised and wished we had gotten another order of it. The meatball spaghetti entree for family size was ~$65 (because of the addition of the 3 or 4 large meatballs) which was a little ridiculous, but the dish was good. We also got 2 pizzas and the portions were enough for 4 adults. Passed on the desserts, but overall a really good meal and we loved the atmosphere. Go early in the evening if you have kids (definitely one of the more kid friendly places around), but if not, then get that later reservation and I'm sure the place will be even more fun. read more

wow this restaurant was amazing our server alesha was great and the service overall was incredible. the food came out so fast and we were served really fast as well. the food was so amazing especially for the hamptons as at the last couple places we have been the service there was awful but here it was great. we had a couple different things which were all amazing and very flavorful. the vodka pasta, tye die pizza, ceaser salad, and mozzarella sticks were sooo good as well as the rest of the stuff we got. The ambiance was great too and the camp vibe was really nice. overall this place was great ESPECIALLY for a place in the hamptons!!!! read more

The way I understood the story was that The Palm, was bought by Landry's some time ago and is now an uneven experience depending on which of their restaurants you visit, so when I found myself out in Easthampton it didn't occur to me that this version of The Palm, the restaurant inside The Huntting Inn could be shaky. But boy oh boy was I wrong. The Fox News on the TV - sitting there as if to say " Don't Eat Here" should have been enough. The lazy orange slice instead of a nicely pared peel in the Negroni should have been enough. The way too long omittance of silverware and napkins on our table should have been enough for us to have hightailed it outta there- but hey it's The Palm, they still can play the hits, we thought to ourselves. So we ordered. A shrimp cocktail for me, a caprese for the table, and a caesar to split for my hosts. The caprese was waaaay too balsamic'd, a mess of drizzle. My shrimp was fine, even these bozos couldn't mess that up- although the cocktail sauce was lacking quality. Something was amiss. The request for bread was made again, and our servers explained it was being worked on, and they hustled. Let that sink in. The bread- not the normal excellent bread you got at The Palm- onion roll, raisin roll, pretzel roll, breadsticks- but 4 rectangular pieces of focaccia arrived, along with The Lake Titicaca of Olive Oil and Parmigiana . "What's that?", I asked. " Olive oil and Parmigiana " our waiter replied. I sat stunned. Speechless. The 140.00 porterhouse (a bargain l-I know) came next - cooked unevenly, we were as close as you could be to sending it back- along with a cold, old, awful baked potato, that should have gotten the entire kitchen fired for letting it get to a customer. Also, at this version of the legendary Palm, a baked potato with "all the fixins" means they give you 4 terrines with too cold butter, sour cream, cheese, onions, as if you were at a Sizzler salad bar. The broccoli rabe lackluster. I don't fault our servers- they are good kids working hard that simply don't know any better- but it is an absolute disgrace what has happened to the storied and beloved Palm. This could very well be the shittiest restaurant in The Hamptons.

Our food was very very tasty my husband had a meatball sub that he said was outstanding and he eats meatball subs often so I trust his opinion. I enjoyed mine but the focaccia bread wasn't like a thick puffy light foccacia, it was thin and not very olive oily. There wasn't enough basil or tomatoes to the cheese ratio and the cheese wasn't super melty, that being said bread and cheese is never a bad combo- solid 3 for me, next time will add pesto and I think it'll be a winner Staff was okay, not very friendly. Outdoor tables very dirty. Overall solid sandwich, I would call ahead take to go to the beach.
