My boyfriend and I went for dinner at Saga Fusion, and received the best service from Juliette, and the food was amazing! It was a huge plate and I ate it all! The staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door, and Juliette was very polite and informative with all of my questions about the menu. Saigon Fusion is the spot! I've been looking for a sushi restaurant close to my house that actually has sushi that tastes good and won't get me sick later on and I've finally found the answer to all my dreams. I got the Winter Garden Roll, and each roll was nice and thick, slathered with spicy mayo and eel sauce, it was just the right amount. The fish on top was also reasonable. In addition to having sushi this place has hibachi and Pho. I got the Pork Udon Pho and Wonton Pho. Both portions were a plenty. They also give you a plate of fresh herbs to put in the soup as well, something I almost forgot about for a pho restaurant. A to go container was needed for the soups due to the amount of soup they gave me. The server was on top of things and did not mess up. She also checked on us when necessary. I was also impressed because this is one of the cleanest and shiniest restaurants I've ever been too and that says a lot about a place. The only downside to this place is that there was too many options however that's something I can get over real quick and besides I'll just have to back again. read more

PLEASE READ - HONEST REVIEW! I wanted to warn everyone to STAY FAR AWAY from this place. What seemed to be a pleasant atmosphere turned out to be the WORST experience i've experience in my lifetime. It was a party of FOUR with two children under 2. Upon ordering the waitress suggested a kids meal which included chicken nuggets , fries and apple juice. I agreed and said please add that to my order. Well we waited and waited and waited. Finally after about 40 mins our orders were coming out. However, my daughter was getting agitated because what they DID NOT bring out was the kids meal only the damn apple juice. We asked about it and they said sorry for the wait it's coming. Yet still nothing still waiting . Asked again and they said that it was not part of the regular menu and that it was place in another section from the cooks. Yet another excuse that made no sense because they had already brought out the apple juice which was part of that meal. I continue to be patient. Then finally after a little over an hour they brought out the chicken nuggets and fries. I always inspect the food before I give it to my child. And thank goodness I did . I picked up a chicken nugget and it had a white foam on it. I used a fork and open it up and it was extremely UNDERCOOKED. Now what if my child just grabbed it and ate that?? I explained the situation and asked them to remove the order they agreed. I was livid and ready to go because now my child did not eat we waited way too long for our food. I asked for to go containers and the checks. When the checks came out they had an automatic 20% gratuity added.. like FOR WHAT??? So when questioned we were advised that any party of SIX or more gets an automatic 20% added. Remember we had FOUR adults and TWO children under the age of 2?! Well we were told it doesn't matter if they did not eat they were counted because they count heads. Now that is ABSURD especially when they messed up our orders. I asked to speak to the manager that was literally right at the front desk.We watched the waitress walk to the manager for a few seconds then came back and told us manager said it's policy and there is nothing she can do about it. We said okay we want to speak to the manager directly because we can see her right there. She then said the manager DO NOT speak any english. Do I asked then how she understood you if you just spoke to her , we heard you speaking english. So I walked up to the desk myself and the manager WALKED AWAY ! By the way this so called policy is no where on the website on their menu. They MADE it up . I am not sure what kind of business they are running here but STAY AWAY! They do not care about their customers and they will scare you out of additional funds with their " automatic gratuity BS". STAY AWAY eat elsewhere. read more

Love their salmon, the best sushi in town. They have the best food as well. Love this restaurant. I order at least 3 times a week.

Went to this hibachi restaurant yesterday night and the service was not that well. Our party ended up waiting for our main entrees at least over 40 minutes and after the food arrived they ended up "forgetting" to bring a certain item that was repeatedly requested. Once we received the item we realized the chicken was undercooked. To add, They failed to inform us that gratuity was included once we got our tab. Also, it was no where printed on the menu or the policy wasnt viewable to guest. We had a party of "6" but out of the 6 it was 4 adults and 2 babies. Their policy stated that they would have to add gratuity for a party of 6 and over when initially it was really a party of 4 because the adults ate only. We asked to speak to the manager but she refused to speak to us and sent one her employees to tell us tear it was nothing they could do about it. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. read more

Delicious food from the white tuna roll with jalapeño to the poke bowl loaded with fresh tuna and avocado! I went here tonight based on high star reviews and my favorite regular place in MD is closed on Mondays. The food is poor quality...cheap...not impressed at all. I will never go back. The tuna looked like it was dyed red, the broccoli was like frozen steam able from a bag, and the chicken skewers were weird texture...probably some prepackaged skewer that they reheated. The food was great! I had sashimi - generous portions. Staff was very nice. They don't have an alcohol license yet. Ambiance was nice.
