It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!

When we met Dr. Schaedel for a consultation he took his time explaining everything he was going to do in detail so I fully understood the procedures. He answered all my questions and concerns. On the day of Surgery he was very reassuring to both my wife and myself. During the surgery I was told a nurse came out twice to tell my wife all was going well and I was fine. While I was in recovery Dr. Schaedel met with us and told my wife what we needed to do and what medications he will be prescribing. He also called that evening to check on me. After the surgery I had minimal discomfort which I credit to his expert skills. I would highly recommend Dr. Schaedel for your extractions and implants and I am sure you will have the same pleasant experience I had. He is truly a skilled surgeon. Howard J. Borress I

The left one…read morehad broken through and was starting to cause problems, so I decided to visit the oral surgeon who had worked on my Mom years ago, and who came beyond highly recommended...Dr. David Feinerman. Well, his schedule was so full, they pushed me on to his associate, Dr. Robert Schaedel. Actually, my teeth were giving me problems last summer and were due to be removed in November, then December, and my final bump was to February. Why was I bumped for surgery three times? Beats me. In hindsight, I should have told them to take a flying leap after the second rescheduling, but I hung in there. I finally go in for surgery February 4th; I'm in and out in less than a half hour, which my husband thinks is really too quick to be sedated, have the procedure and then back up. I go home with minimal instructions and no follow-up visit. A day later, I'm starting to feel horrible. Really horrible. My ears are plugged, seems like I have water in them. The sinus pressure is unbearable, and the side that wasn't giving me problems (he yanked that one just because) is now throbbing and painful like I've never felt. Staff is totally unconcerned, tells me to finish my antibiotics and steroids (never took the Oxy given), take an OTC sinus pressure/congestion pill. Next day I feel worse; my right cheek is throbbing, my back three teeth are numb, and my right sinus is draining green, infected mucus into my mouth. Yeah, gross. And scary. I'm thinking my sinus was perforated. I'm rinsing every two minutes with in warm salt water, and I want to remove my head and place it in a vat of Lysol. Call Schaedel. Whole office is unconcerned again. I am in so much pain and begging for an appointment. Seriously. They did not want to give me one. So I get one. FOR THE WEEK AFTER. You can only imagine how the rest of that week went for me with these symptoms and little sleep. As I get into the room, one of his minions asks how I'm doing. I lose it. Doc comes in and does a cursory look at my mouth. Puts me on ANOTHER round of oral steroids and Clindamycin. And then has the GALL to suggest maybe I see an endodontist because maybe the last two teeth aren't viable and may need to be removed. So now I'm very upset that I may have to lose two back teeth. I get a referral for an ENT...AND THAT IS IT. I never receive a follow-up phone call, email or anything from Dr. Robert Schaedel or the office of Boynton Oral & Maxilofacial. I then visited my wonderful dentist, who was astounded I was never scheduled for follow-up, much less received basic necessities like an irrigation syringe. Which he gave me. Two, actually. And then he tapped on my back right teeth with his mirror instrument. After he peeled me from the wall from the pain, he told me in no uncertain terms it was completely sinus related, and that if anyone suggested an endodontist or an underlying tooth/nerve problem, he'd have a chat with them. I got a CT scan and went to another ENT for a second opinion. My right maxillofacial sinus is filled with inflamed tissue/polyps, pushing on nerves. It was definitely a deep infection that needed to be addressed surgically. Monday, July 29, 2019, I went into the hospital for an outpatient endoscopic maxillofacial sinus procedure to remove problematic sinus tissue and flush out the sinus due SOLELY to this botched wisdom tooth removal. I am currently recovering from that, and am seeking the advice of a lawyer. Stay far away from this person.

I truly feel like they genuinely care about every patient, not only about their dental health, but also about making sure they feel comfortable and receive the best treatment plan for their individual needs. One of the most wonderful things about Jade Dental is that they provide dental work specifically for veterans who otherwise wouldn't be able to receive care. I had gone to a different dentist before and had a horrible, even traumatic experience. Through a veterans organization, I was approved for care, and the very next day a kind person from Jade Dental called to schedule my first appointment. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, the atmosphere was comforting, and there was even fun music playing. Dr. Fernandez went over my treatment plan and answered every question thoroughly. Over the course of a few visits, I received a deep cleaning, a couple of root canals, a couple of fillings, a couple of extractions, and a bridge. I never felt any pain throughout the entire process. Every person at Jade Dental was amazing, kind, and comforting, and I truly appreciate the care they have given me.

I was referred to this Endodontist by my former Dental Group, "Perfect Smile" in Wellington,…read moreFLorida, because a root canal that had been performed on me there had "Failed". I developed a horrific infection that literally blew up overnight and I just couldn't understand how this happened. My first impression as I walked in was of Dr. Lubell's Office Manager/Receptionist who advised that they would allow me to make payments and were giving me the "HMO" price, but the payments needed to be made within 3 months to the tune of $450.00 per month, because I, like thousands of Palm Beach County residents, do not have insurance (much less Dental Insurance) nor do I have a few thousand sitting in a reserve account for just such situations like this. I do not have $450.00 per month to spare (I barely have $100.00 after bills) so I sold the only jewelry I have to my name and was able to come up with $825.00 which I thought was a pretty good start. Instead of being happy I came up with ANYTHING (which was not going to be the case initially...) I was sternly told that payment was expected on the SAME DAY each month and I had better let her know what day my card was to be charged for the remainder of the balance of $580.00 (this, by the way, is a DEBIT card - not a credit card I can pay over time). By the time I got to see the Endodontist, it was after 5:30 and I suppose because I was an "Emergency Patient" being seen at the end of the day and probably because he was tired, he was not even remotely pleasant. I was spoken to with sarcasm and criticism. I was criticized by Dr. Lubell because I let my condition go on "so long" that he had to use much more Novacaine than is normal .... (so, it was MY fault I was in the condition I was in, huh? As I stated before, I had a Root Canal done about 2 years ago with "Perfect Smile Dentistry" in Wellington, FL - Paid in full, I might add... Apparently, unbeknownst to me, Root Canal's "Fail", requiring a 2nd Root Canal AT FULL COST, AGAIN, I MIGHT ADD. I have had [unfortunately] many, Root Canals and have NEVER had one "Fail"). So, my tooth blows up on me and within 1 day, is so infected that I want to kill myself from the pain and NOW, not only is "Perfect Smile" not willing to take responsibility for their "Failure", they send me to this guy who makes everything MY fault and whose Office Manager treats me as though I'm a derelict off the street they're required to treat! He states that he is unable to reach the infection so he'll just leave this gaping hole in my tooth for a WEEK and afterward, will fill with temporary filling on my next visit. When I asked if I'm able to eat and if so, how (obviously fearing any food particle making its way up that canyon he's left behind), I'm told in the most sarcastic manner to "chew on the other side". I can only hope this procedure works this time. Only time will tell. I can say this - unless you have a GREAT dental plan and a few thousand in the bank, don't expect a pleasant doctor/patient relationship out of this guy. I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth and I'm not talking about the Novacaine. Unfortunately, I have to go back to this guy in a week. Another word of caution - apparently, I am required to go back to "my" Dentist's office to have the tooth filled permanently.... the SAME office that "Failed me before requiring I pay TWICE for the same procedure!!!!! I'm not saying my situation is Lubell's fault, but based on his attitude and that of his staff, toward me, if I ever need an Endodontist, I won't be going to see him and I certainly would not refer. I mean .... is it REALLY too much to ask that a health-care professional, who chooses to work with the general public, actually be kind and considerate toward those he or she practices on? Especially financially - considering the current economic situation of the U.S.....
