I will not be returning to Aztec Vet…read more My experience has been frustrating because I feel like I'm constantly being told different things by different people. One visit I'm told what's wrong with my dog, and then later it's presented as something completely different without a clear explanation. Instead of leaving with confidence, I leave feeling confused. One experience that really stood out was when the veterinarian said my dog's skin was glowing under the light because of ringworm. She told me she was showing me, but moved the light so quickly that I never actually saw what she was referring to. When I said I didn't see anything, I still wasn't given a clear explanation. It left me feeling like I was expected to just accept what I was being told without understanding it. Communication has also been very inconsistent. I've had about four different staff members give me different answers about how many DAPP vaccines my dog needed. When I explained that my dog had already received the previous doses and only needed one more, I was simply told, "Well, that's up to the vet." It's expected that the staff should have consistent information, but that doesn't seem to happen. Overall, I feel like communication is poor and concerns aren't taken seriously and they try to milk you for money. Because of these experiences, I've decided to take my dogs elsewhere for future care. Please be very vigilant and pay attention to how they respond because I caught on.

We have been told we are no longer welcome, spent over 1000.00 at this place. We were told that they have horrible customer service and we didn't listen. PLEASE listen, these people are horrific and when asking them to provide a copy or to listen to what they heard (recording people without being told) we were told we could not hear the recording. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE.

I think everyone should be upset with them holding medication ransom to treat a $2.00 sick chicken, demanding a $85 dollar fee even before the cost of the medication. It's claimed I berated their receptionist wit profanity when actually I was berating the situation. The receptionist took it upon herself to to become offended at me being upset. After I canceled an upcoming appointment telling them I would take my business elsewhere. I received a return call where I was told I was no longer welcome there with my other Animals (that they have received THOUSANDS of dollars for treating in the past two years) as if they are on some type of higher moral grounds with their demonstration of fake compassion and empathy for MONEY. So the takeaway from all this is to understand there is no loyalty points or frequent user awards given here if you show you're a real person and get upset or see their act for what it is - they will simply let your animals die rather than care for them. In addition if they can survive and be fine without the thousands and thousands of dollars I spend there annually, they obviously don't need your money either. Apparently they have pulled the wool over enough people eyes and hold enough medication for ransom from sick animals to keep them in the $$$ for quite some time. Unfortunately, the needless death of Bloomers the chicken is inevitable. Ironically, I doubt the needless death of Bloomers will have near the emotional effect on their receptionist as one of their customers getting upset. They may need to relearn to fake their understanding and compassion to include the fact that people get angry and upset at times. Beware! you are being recorded and they will threaten to use those recording to attempt undermining any negative review. Perhaps be aware of any other undisclosed recording devices being used at this establishment, you just never know.

She doesn't just use one method to teach, she will figure out what is best for your dog and go from there! Please use Sierra for all of the services she offers.. it will be worth the money I promise! Our experience: We adopted Sunny from the West Valley Humane Society back in January. For months we tried various different training programs. We tried online training and in person private classes and nothing really seemed to work for him. He had a ton of anxiety, was not confident, was reactive and aggressive towards all dogs but specifically small ones, did not know boundaries, etc. We really had our hands full with our Sunny boy but he needed someone that was going to be patient with him and boy was Sierra just that! We purchased Sierra's board and train class (2 weeks) and Sierra kept our boy an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks because he was having a hard time focusing and getting comfortable. Not only that, her training was a third of the price that we were going to pay for a board and train at another local place. She really did what was the best for him. Like I said before, Sunny was a lot of work and Sierra went above and beyond in every way to help our boy. She first came over for a consult to see what we were wanting to get out of her services and how we were already doing things and offered assistance with that. At the time that Sunny was with Sierra he learned: -how to walk on a leash (before he would pull your arm off) -recall -"place" -crate training -riding in the car -listening to commands -gained confidence -how to interact with dogs -& so much more! Sierra was able to help with everything we mentioned to her in the initial meeting and more! Not only that but Sunny really loves her and her family. We feel completely comfortable leaving our boy with Sierra because we know he is in good hands. Sierra really gave us our life back and we live such an enjoyable life now WITH Sunny. We feel comfortable leaving him at home when needed and taking him to parks. We are so happy we found her!!!! Please use her!!!
