Our kitty Farty started bleeding one day, stopped eating and moving. We took him to an emergency vet, and they basically said there was nothing they could do, and he was fine. After 3 days or trying to get to eat, drink, ect we, we feared that we would have to put him down. He was fading quickly, and we hated watching him suffer. My mom wanted to try and took him here, and thanks to the doctors collaborating and trying to figure out what was wrong, they were able to bring him back to his old self after weeks of care. He had a severe undiagnosed UTI, hyperthyroidism, and possible IBD. He was on deaths door, we were so heartbroken, and because of the caring of this vet, they were able to bring him back to his old self. I also recently brought my kitty Tiny in a panic due to her not keeping any food or liquid down, and they fit me in and were extremely understanding even though they were short staffed that day. This is the best vet I've been too and I always feel listened to, and I feel like they care about the animals so much. Every time I'm here, the phones are ringing off the hook, and I can see why. This is possibly the best vet in the area.

We went to a couple of places, one even where you can watch on an app that was closer to us, but when we went to visit the place, we did not like the "vibe" of the place. When we took a tour (just call, and they will let you take a look at the facility before hand) of Paws Landing, we immediately felt great! We had our puppy for an half day "evaluation" with Durenda, which also made us feel at ease. She is marvelous!!! When we picked her up from that, she went over everything she did, and how she thought our puppy would do. They had her in a small yard first and let our puppy feel safe before they had her with the other dogs. I really like too, how they have the dogs separated into "small dogs", " large dogs" and "very active dogs". She has a great team working with her, watching over them, and most importantly taking care of them all day. They will always send you a text and email to confirm your reservation, which is great. They go inside and outside to play all day. If they go "all day" they will get a 2-hour rest, so they get a break from all the fun! But, believe me, when you pick your dog, they will be tired when they get home, which is "good thing"! Pam will send you pictures later via text of your dog, which is great to see at the end of the day. Now, that my dog has gone for awhile, she gets excited when we get there, and she is excited to see Pam and her team when I drop her off. The clerk who greeted us was very professional and took the time to carefully note special considerations, while also ensuring that every item we brought for the stay was accounted for and returned to us. What truly warmed my heart was seeing my pups, Koda and Lexi, so excited to go in. At other facilities, they would always pull away, but this time they happily followed the staff without even looking back. The daily pictures and updates were such a special touch, and I looked forward to them every day. Seeing them playing, relaxed, and happy gave me such peace of mind. It's clear the staff truly cares about the animals they look after. When I picked them up, there was no anxiety or stress at all, just two happy pups who clearly had a great time. Knowing they are in a safe environment with staff on-site 24 hours a day makes traveling so much easier now. Their level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. One visit I'm told what's wrong with my dog, and then later it's presented as something completely different without a clear explanation. Instead of leaving with confidence, I leave feeling confused. One experience that really stood out was when the veterinarian said my dog's skin was glowing under the light because of ringworm. She told me she was showing me, but moved the light so quickly that I never actually saw what she was referring to. When I said I didn't see anything, I still wasn't given a clear explanation. It left me feeling like I was expected to just accept what I was being told without understanding it. Communication has also been very inconsistent. I've had about four different staff members give me different answers about how many DAPP vaccines my dog needed. When I explained that my dog had already received the previous doses and only needed one more, I was simply told, "Well, that's up to the vet." It's expected that the staff should have consistent information, but that doesn't seem to happen. Overall, I feel like communication is poor and concerns aren't taken seriously and they try to milk you for money. Because of these experiences, I've decided to take my dogs elsewhere for future care. Please be very vigilant and pay attention to how they respond because I caught on.

Apparently they have pulled the wool over enough people eyes and hold enough medication for ransom from sick animals to keep them in the $$$ for quite some time. Ironically, I doubt the needless death of Bloomers will have near the emotional effect on their receptionist as one of their customers getting upset. They may need to relearn to fake their understanding and compassion to include the fact that people get angry and upset at times. Beware! you are being recorded and they will threaten to use those recording to attempt undermining any negative review. Perhaps be aware of any other undisclosed recording devices being used at this establishment, you just never know.

Look at these beauties!…read more Brought my 2 black labs (1 English, 1 American) in for baths. My English got the furminator due to have the thicker coat and it being shedding season. My American just got a regular bath. Was happy with services, easy to call and book next day, and they call you 30 minutes before they're ready for pickup. The only notes for future customers are that the store is not in the nicest area (I wasn't worried, but some people may see it as a concern) and that they are cash only. Since I have 2 large dogs (85 and 75 lbs) it was more cash then I usually have on hand so I needed to swing by the ATM. $130 total for both, not including tip. I do plan on returning in the future.
