Dr. Navreet Saini was an excellent internist that I would recommend without hesitation she was extremely attentive professional she was clean she was well dressed. She treated me my friend and My dog! with dignity she did not judge or discriminated against us as we experienced at Sage with Christina Wong in the ER. She also picked up a nose tumor which was missed by Dr.Jurney while she was busy flirting or so it appeared with her nasty redhead girlfriend. I have seen a lot of doctors and I have to say that Dr.Saini is a class at I couldn't ask for more for My dog! and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to you because she will provide your dog with or liar with top-notch service She was calm and displayed the confidence of somebody who knew what they were logging and handled my dog with ease and care. It really shocks me the disparity between the level of care you can get a different places so I've included my experience with some other doctors and how they behave and so you can see how important it is if you want good care to do your research..

Hi, Last year 2025 both of my dogs had unexpected health issues. One had its gall bladder removed and it is considered a major surgery. My dog has healed since now but taking a prescription and on special diet for life. My second dog suffered from kidney disease and high blood pressure. She is doing better but still undergoing treatments. The doctors were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Sage! I also like to thank Jack & Richard for valet parking my car. It's a little stressful returning for my dog's appointments and worrying if there is a spot to park. They are so nice and take the worries about parking. I grab my dog and bag then walk into Sage! Thank you Jack & Richard for your kindness and professionalism! Cheer Satomi

As a regular client, I found her to be an incredibly hardworking, thorough, and caring young woman. She was always attentive during check-ins and check-outs, looked for solutions when something came up, and genuinely took the time to ask how our day was going or what our vacation plans were. I've personally seen her handle a completely full lobby by herself while staying professional, calm, and helpful without showing frustration or having an attitude. I have also never once seen the general manager, Jay, step out to help when Nayeli was overwhelmed at the front desk. She consistently handled the situation herself and did an excellent job. Nayeli was a strong asset to this team, and I am deeply disappointed by the decision to let her go. I think I speak for many of the regular clients at WAG when I say that losing her is a real disappointment. If her "availability issues" were related to the fact that she is young and attending school, that is especially unfortunate. Being a student shouldn't erase the value of an employee who works hard, treats clients with kindness, and clearly cares about the people and pets coming through the door. We're truly going to miss talking with her, not just about check-ins and check-outs, but about cars, dogs, vacations, and even venting about a rough day. Those little conversations made a difference, and they showed how much she connected with the regular clients. I sincerely hope management recognizes what they lost in Nayeli. She deserved better, and her absence will absolutely be noticed by the clients who knew and appreciated her.

And pretty affordable, all things considered. I have one complaint, though. I called twice to the front desk to ask a couple questions about a prescription for my dog. The woman on the phone was not very helpful at all. She couldn't answer my questions and kept referring me to their website, not knowing where on the website I could find what I was looking for.

I would give this place 5 stars. However, when I came in for my cat's yearly checkup in 2024, Dr. Sirkis had started the appointment accusing me of not caring for my cat's pain and was not willing to hear anything edgewise related to my cat's medical history once she had formed that opinion. When she found the mass in my cat's throat, her tone changed from rude to just plain awkward. "Oo... *wince* He has cancer." As I started to ask about his prognosis while crying and hyperventilating, she gives me a "Yea... Sorry" and "Well, when do you want to schedule the euthanasia?" I was shell shocked that someone who was supposedly regularly interacting with patients would so callously bring up putting down my child. I responded that I would make an appointment with an oncologist (who was infinitely more patient and sympathetic, shout out Dr. Kidd!), and she responded with "Well, if you want to go see someone who's going to say exactly the same thing I did, sure." After the appointment, I double checked with the nurse who came out with my cat to make sure there was truly nothing to be done. In contrast, she was super gentle and sympathetic, and she let me have a good cry. She was a real one for helping me keep it together. Later, when Dr. Sirkis called me with my biopsy results, she continuously brought up euthanasia over and over again. Nothing about keeping my cat comfortable or how long I might get to keep him around. Just "euthanasia" "when do you want to euthanize" "euthanizing would be..." It was cruel and heart wrenching. I asked her to stop talking about euthanasia and to never contact me again. She still sent me a generically printed get well card, rub a little more salt in the wound I guess. The issue is not that she wants me to consider euthanasia. It's that she was heartless and cruel in her demeanor. She was the person I was supposed to depend on during this process, and instead, she made the grieving process even more isolating and emotionally taxing. I felt uncomfortable even having to contact the hospital for more pain meds just in case I would have to talk to her again (in which, even though she knew my cat was in pain, would insist on only giving me a few days dose worth, so I would have to continuously make trips for more medicine, even though the oncologist was perfectly fine giving me a week or two's worth). I literally waited until only now to post this review because I finally moved and don't have to fear the possibility of this horrid shell of a person potentially taking out her displeasure on my other cat during an appointment. She's a terrible person, and since she was so willing to kick me down when I was low, I will say that her last name is perfectly fitting for a clown like her.

When I contacted Restful Paws, I didn't know what to expect. In fact, I felt bad crying on the phone because I couldn't imagine trying to talk to someone like me at that moment. But the staff couldn't be more understanding and supportive. Unlike making end of life decisions for your fur baby, the process of scheduling this appointment was very easy. Restful Paws asked all the right questions, set the expectations, and made this process that much easier. And on the day of, Dr. Ami arrived promptly at the scheduled time. She was very caring and understanding, and she put all of us at ease. We could not have asked for a better last day for our Sodapop. I'm thankful that we reached out to restful pause, and grateful that they were able to come to our house to help us get through this phase. Weeks later, we received a card from Dr. Ami sending us her condolences. Thank you, Restful Paws, for doing the service that you do. I'm sure it's not easy, and I can only imagine how sad it is to do this on a daily basis. Thank you so much!

From calling to make an appointment, receiving reminder emails, and day of texts from our vet, each step was handled with so much compassion. We were able to find a weekend availability which was best scenario so everyone could attend. Dr. Vine was very punctual the day of and gave us a thorough breakdown of what to expect (pain reliever, anesthesia, and euthanasia). We didn't feel rushed at any point, and we were given ample time before proceeding to each stage. She was very respectful and the process was smooth. After the euthanasia, we were able to choose where we wanted the fur clippings. The paw print was perfectly imprinted with Christy's name, which added such a sweet personal touch. We chose to pickup Christy's ashes at Sage, and it was quick. The only thing is it felt very jarring going to an animal hospital filled with so many people and dogs. Considering this was only 2 weeks after the euthanasia, I was still grieving and it was difficult being in that environment so soon. The only feedback I'd give is it'd be more mindful if there was a separate pickup location away from everyone else for more privacy. Dr. Vine sent a sympathy card as well and it was very sweet. Thank you so much for giving Christy such a respectful experience and having her pass comfortably and peacefully. I will definitely recommend this organization to loved ones! Thank you Dr. Vine for such a smooth experience. You made this process much easier and we were able to focus on grieving afterwards. Rest in peace, sweet Christy!
