My back doesn't ache and I am walking without pain. I love the experience. The instructors are wonderful providing support and motivation. Tomer always finds something positive to say and his energy fills the room pushing everyone to get the most out of their practice. Wendy's Yinspiration class is also a favorite of mine as I can feel the tension drift away from my body during the hour. No mattered how stressed I am entering the class by the end I feel at peace. I wish the class was offered in the evenings as I'm sure it would be a great way to ensure a peaceful and very restful sleep. I am thrilled that I found this studio and this practice because it is making me, a better me.

Phoenix is very sensitive to physical, and intellectual difficulties and adapts the class to our needs, breaking down the instructions so we can keep up and get the most out of our time with her. Our last session was a restorative practice which left us all feeling relaxed and de-stressed. It's a great, healthy way to spend time with my girls and we're so glad we found this studio! The atmosphere is calming and peaceful and fees very reasonable. As I said I'm no expert but I would definitely recommend Phoenix!

It really is special.  I would consider myself somewhat of a "yogi nomad" never really finding that studio that resonated with me...however I've found my home. Seymour & the Valley is blessed to have this offering to it's community. The teachers are loving, personable, knowledgeable,and compassionate. They provide caring instructions accompanied by healing words to guide you through your practice, meditation, self awareness, and spiritual journey. I've taken classes with Phoenix, Charles & Rebecca and each has uniquely elevated my practice. The studio is warm and very inviting with a max capacity of roughly 12 in studio 1 . I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in the door. (Btw please remove your shoes when you walk in.) I very much enjoyed the creativity and personal touch each teacher brings to the mat and appreciate the fine balance of personal attention the teachers offer up. The decor is very simplistic and the bay windows shine in just enough to cover the floor in natural light. The pricing is more than reasonable compared to other studios in Fairfield County and the caliber of teachers far surpass any instructor I've experienced at the Edge, LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. Additionally, I wanted to mention the music. Two thumbs way up on the music selections the teachers are bringing into the classes....eclectic, soothing and up lifting. If your a guy who has been considering yoga to improve your flexibility, mental health or physical strength and is apprehensive to step into a studio for whatever reason....this is the spot for you. Beginners and experts alike feel at home. There are probably six different regular instructors. Erica and Jeff are my favorites. Both take the time to explain the poses and what our bodies are supposed to be doing. Both make explain in a way that makes it easy to follow and yet both challenge me physically. Both really understand that we are all at our own unique place with our yoga and encourage us to alter as needed. They offer suggestions to either challenge or to help modify when our bodies aren't ready for the standard pose. The studio is pretty new and is very clean. Class sizes vary from a low of 6 to 8 students to a high of around 20. It never feels crowded and I think could hold a class of 30. I hate to end with money but it bears noting... This has to be the most economical place to try yoga! There are great introductory offers and incredible monthly deals. You really can't beat the deals!

First of all, the booking process was extremely easy and the website was very informative…read more I received a gift card last year for my birthday and with my chaotic schedule did not get to use it over the course of a whole year. They still accepted my gift card and thankfully so as I decided to go for some relaxation and skin preparation for my wedding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and relaxing. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and answered any questions I had about anything. She was super sweet! She literally walked me backed explaining their process because it was my first time being there. Everything was clean and clozy and they have a waiting room outside the immaculate bathroom with multiple, private showers and very homey-feeling restrooms (it's a whole room with a door that fully closes - no stalls or anything of that nature) and even little benches in the bathroom so you can rest your belongings there. After changing into my luxurious soft robe and slippers (think croc material, good for cleaning) I waited in the relaxation room before being individually called by my esthetician/therapist. She walked me to my individual room, complete with a sink, massage table, another bench, plenty of hooks and closets for their supplies so they do not leave throughout the treatment, except to get you a glass of water at the end . She explained everything to me and inquired about my routine and skin type and kept politely checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. My therapist was Jada Lynne and although I selected "any therapist", I was very happy with her approach, kindness and informative knowledge that I will definitely select her on purpose next time. From the facial to the lower legs and feet treatment PLUSH arm and hand massage I felt EXTREMELY relaxed as I lead a busy lifestyle and that is sometimes hard for me, I was very thankful for the good vibes and peace she radiated. As she led me back to the relaxation room after the Tranquilty Signature Facial I felt so relaxed and honestly a little disoriented in a good way. I rarely treat myself to anything and this was just that, a real treat. I sat for a few minutes, drinking water and tea while soaking up the relaxation and did not feel rushed at all, by anyone at any time. Everyone was so nice and they have a beautiful selection of merchandise/skin care/natural little odds and ends in their lobby as well. Thank you Tranquility Wellness Spa, I will definitely be back very soon! Although I live Easton, the experience and service I received will keep me coming back for more!
