The food is delicious! It you love pancakes like I do, this is a great place for them. They are perfectly cooked. The service was great. Made sure I had everything I needed and coffee filled! There are numerous TVs so make sure you sit near the one you want to see! Excellent place!

I give 4 stars tonight it would've been 5 if my order would've been correct. I ordered 1 chicken and 1 beef enchilada with cheese sauce and sour cream sauce. My husband ordered the same thing and his order was incorrect also. He had 2 chicken and I had the 2 beef. We swapped an enchilada with each other. If in the area I would return.

The hash brown and sandwich itself tasted really good. However, the syrup was way too watery. Customer service was a bit slow but it is understandable when only two elderly women are working, cooking, and waiting tables. The location itself is in a very sketchy area if you stereotype the neighborhood. The pricing is amazing. It is very cheap and you do feel full. The only reason why this place won't get 5 stars is because the restaurant is not well kept. It is a bit dirty and some of the menus haven't been cleaned. Kitchen is dirty.

This review focuses on the Las Colinas location. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Yolk - Las Colinas is located in a new area in Irving-Las Colinas with plenty of parking. Inside it's open with plenty of seating (some outdoors too), has Yolk's bright blue and yellow colors, but my favorite features are the big windows which let in the the sun's natural light. 1 Star. Service - Our server was great. She was very attentive and made sure we always had our mugs filled with coffee. I appreciated the friendly service that was all smiles. 1 Star. Food - Yolk's menu has classic breakfast and brunch options but be sure you check to table for coffee specials. I ordered an Iced Apple Pie Latte that was served in a glass mason jar. This small detail allowed the Apple flavor to start my breakfast on a high note. Speaking of which, my Breakfast Mac & Cheese caught my attention when it was served in a skillet. I intended to only eat half, but the smokey ham paired with the creamy mac & cheese under a light panko layer was too delicious for me to stop. The prices are a bit on the high side, but otherwise a geat meal. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. DFW is getting many great breakfast/brunch spots like Yolk. If you're a big fan of breakfast (and travelling on expense), it's a great way to start your day. 1 Star.

Drafted review below: 5/29/26 The first time I went it was pretty nice , clearly good enough that I'd want to give them another try! Unfortunately, I should have tried somewhere new instead. For starters, we sat inside this time around. It's reminiscent of a cafeteria inside, the decor is okay, but it's SO loud and echoey. Patio seating is definitely the better choice. Our server, Crystal (according to the receipt) only came by twice. She didn't realize my food was overcooked and that we didn't have silverware because she never came back after taking our order. My friend had to get up to find silverware. The hostess helped us out, but the first set we were given was dirty so he actually had to get up again to get another one. We took about 30 minutes to finish up our meal and then waited for a while for our server to pop back up and offer us the check. $68 for 2 people and poor service. Not cool! -- My meal yesterday (also brunch) was so much more enjoyable, all around the same price point and in the same area. Bruncheon disappointed me on all counts - quality, service, and atmosphere.

A big thank you to the gentleman for going above and beyond in customer service. He welcomed us warmly, and the rest of the team mirrored his kindness. They were exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and genuinely attentive to their customers' needs. I ordered an omelet packed with ham, sausage, and bacon. It was delicious, although a few pieces of meat were a bit tough to chew. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. My Arnold Palmer was refreshing and delightful, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. One of my friend's niece ordered the strawberry French toast, which she absolutely loved. It not only looked aesthetically pleasing but also tasted amazing. My other friend's niece was pleased with her meal, but my friend mentioned her dish could have used more seasoning. I suggested that it might be because they cater to a clientele that prefers less seasoning than other places. After adding some salt, she said it tasted much better. Their prices are quite reasonable compared to other diners. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. Their customer service is exceptional, and the food is quite good.

DFW is massive. My friend was 30 mins late, but I wasn't trippin. I used that time to charge my phone and get a little work done. We didn't have a resy, but were seated right away. First of all, this place is massive. We both started with the espresso martini before realizing they had a happy hour menu. Our second drink was from the hh menu even though we had no business having a second cocktail. To start, we shared the fried green tomatoes. For whatever reason, we both ended up getting the western burger. Food was great. There was so much of it that I was only able to finish half and ended up taking the rest home. Great service as well. The place was crowded by the time we left. We only planned to stay for 45 minutes, but ended up staying for nearly 2 hours. Big thanks to the bartender. Clearly a popular spot. We shared an appetizer, a steak, sides, and a dessert between us 3. - Fried Tomatoes (appetizer): not bad! Light, not greasy at all, and that savory sauce on top was yummy: - Wagyu Tomahawk: the star of the show. Loved the peppered crust which was full of flavor. Not a true "Japanese wagyu" texture, but still an excellent steak overall. - Sides (mashed potatoes, fries, broccolini, cornbread): All pretty good across the board. I liked the cornbread the most and wished there was more of it. Usually a side of cornbread is much more substantial and comes with honey butter. - Steak sauce: we ask for a side of this. Whatever they had was unique and great. Fruity and tangy, a great complement to the tomahawk. - Pecan Pie: look at the photo! A huge, tall slice. No notes. Loved the dense ice cream on top. Perfect way to end the meal. Overall: no critiques, just an all-around great dinner. Definitely recommend the tomahawk and pie.

The deviled eggs, dragon…read moreroll, and pigs in a blanket were all tasty, and that's honestly the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, everything else was a struggle from the moment we walked in. We didn't have reservations, but eventually found seats at the bar. Given how busy the place was, we figured the bar would mean faster, more attentive service. We were very wrong. We ordered two beers, a non-alcoholic drink, and three appetizers. The drinks arrived, and the appetizers followed about 10 minutes later -- fine so far. But there were no utensils. We had to ask for them, and we asked for plates as well, which never came. The empty dishes from our appetizers sat in front of us for a solid hour with no one clearing them. The bartender who took our order never once checked on us. With 3-4 people working behind the bar, only one server approached us during the entire 40-minute wait between appetizers and dinner to ask if we needed anything. The bartender told us twice that our food was "coming out shortly" -- and still, 40 minutes passed. When dinner finally arrived, my order was wrong. I ordered the Mongolian Short Rib, listed clearly under the Entree section of the menu. The bartender claimed I had ordered off a "happy hour" menu -- one I never saw or was told about -- and had swapped it for BBQ Pork Ribs without saying a word. Knowing a replacement could take another hour, my friend swapped plates with me and took the ribs. He had ordered the steak frites, which, for a rare steak, should have taken no more than 5-6 minutes to prepare. The third entree, fish and chips, was just okay -- a bit soggy and not particularly fresh. To top it all off, after everything we dealt with, the bartender never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. The food has potential, but the service was inattentive, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable for a busy restaurant that should know better.
