That said, consistency can vary depending on the day. The salads are huge easily shareable, which is nice, but depending on what you're looking for, the portion size can feel a little excessive. All the food was extremely good, and everyone had nothing but good things to say about literally everything on the table. Everything was surprisingly light for all the meat I ordered. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and everything tasted delicious. It was a bit pricy, but that's to be expected for the quality of the food. I highly recommend going here for anyone who wants a great Peruvian restaurant, and even those who don't know pervuian cuisine.

The food was amazing--you can tell the chef puts real passion into every dish. We ordered all the appetizers (minus the seafood ones for me due to an allergy), and the rest of the group said they were fantastic--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I went with the Ribeye, and wow--it was a huge portion, definitely big enough to share! It came with rice and potato wedges that were crispy, seasoned just right, and absolutely delicious. The rice was also cooked perfectly. Several others in our group ordered the Surf & Turf and the Picanha, and everyone raved about how good they were. And then... dessert! Hands down the best desserts I've had in Aberdeen. Do yourself a favor and try the lemon cake--it's incredible. All in all, Cuzco is a must-visit spot whether you're just passing through or looking for a great night out. The owner is friendly, welcoming, and truly cares about her customers. It's consistently lukewarm or, in some cases, downright cold, which is disappointing. For the area, it might pass, but temperature issues like this shouldn't be a recurring problem. On the positive side, the dining area is large and they can easily accommodate big groups. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to make me want to return.

If Liz had a reasonable amount of people to manage I believe it would have been more than acceptable. She was even correcting the cook! Liz needs a raise (substantial at that being virtually the only reason I would return) and the tools fooling around should be fired. Very poorly run. On the plus side the scenery was nice and unique, they are 24 hours, and they have Liz. I'll sum it up to that. Will not be back unless I have time to wait for Liz to bring me my food.
