Wonderful pho. We loved be the grilled chicken. Perfect. We take it to go, so can't speak to dining in.

Horrible service. If you want to wait for 45 minutes to place your order, this the place to be, and bring your own drinks. There were 2 waitresses, and 1 took her break and sat down at a table to eat, at 7:00 pm. During dinner hour. That left 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. The food was pretty bland and unremarkable. The regular pho bowls are much smaller than they were in the past, so they are cutting back on portions. There was a good crowd but a couple got up and left when they were ignored. No one seemed to be busing tables so dishes were piled up on most tables. The drinks are too expensive, they said they were out of fountain drinks so you had to order their overpriced thai teas and sweet drinks. Never again, and I have been eating there since they opened. Cleanliness is not their concern so the place can seem dirty. read more

Wasnt sure as Yuma seems like a pretty small town. The lemon grass chicken on a salad was amazing. Best lemon grass chicken I have ever had..and the salad was super fresh.... I especially loved the grilled jalapeños...and I'm not much of a hot chile person. My husband had the pho...he liked it but wanted a different combo...ie, like chicken and meatballs..but they wanted to charge extra to do that switch....too bad!! The broth was fabulous. Considering the fact that there are not a lot of Vietnamese restaurants out in Yuma, I can honestly say Saigon Pho was definitely a pho go to for me. Their broth was flavorful & delicious. & customer service was pretty good as well. I wish there was a little more variety to their menu but overall, a great restaurant to have in the Yuma area! read more

We were eating on the way to our house from the family trip and was really satisfied with the taste and their efficiency serving the food. All 6 members of our family ate different menus, all were delicious and their service is excellent. I liked their spring rolls and the pho's. Errmahhgerrrd!!!! Pho in Yuma!! The appetizers were absolutely amazing and came out in less than 5 minutes during dinner rush. I was impressed. The main dish also came out quickly. I had the extra large brisket pho. The broth was rich and delicious. The soup comes with a side of lime, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs so you can flavor your broth to taste. Absolutely delicious!! Saigon Pho is the best East Asian cuisine in town. Solid bowl design, pho broth is probably a 6.9/10, which is not bad as I've had some out-of-this-world pho on my travels. Their springs rolls are fresh and satisfying. Main negative is that prices are a little high for the small-ish portions. read more

Who knew you could find such great Pho in Yuma? We were on a road trip between Phoenix and San Diego, and were randomly feeling like Pho, not imagining we could find such a treasure. The staff was amazing, the owner was running the register, the food was fabulous, served with all the fresh accouterments that make Pho it's best. I'm giving this 1 star due to the horrible service we received on February 14th. We were sat at a table, our order taken, and then we were basically forgotten despite being passed by servers almost continuously. Our appetizers apparently were served to folks who ordered the same but arrived 15 to 20 minutes after us. Being it was Valentine's Day, we expected some delay but it was an hour before our main order was brought to our table. The food was good but the disorganized and super slow service was extremely disappointing. We never did receive our appetizers even after we asked about them. Hope the place gets its ducks in a row because the menu looks promising. read more

Finally gave this place a try and very pleased with service and the food! I got the #3 rare steak and my husband got the #6 and we also shared an order of spring rolls. We also got two more entrees for lunch tomorrow and the smell alone left me wanting to eat it already. With the covid-19 happening they were prepared with lysol and wipes to sanitize the menus! Finally a Pho restaurant in Yuma! I have eaten Pho in many restaurants in numerous states and I rate this Pho as very good. I have had the large #3 twice and it was the same quality both times. The rare steak meat was lean and of a good portion. I found the initial portion of bean sprouts and basil to be inadequate but the waitress said she would bring me more if I wanted it and she did. I ordered iced coffee and it came pre mixed, not my favorite. The beverages are a bit expensive. I have not tried any thing else from the menu and probably never will, I like Pho too much. My first visit was during lunch, it was crowded and the wait was a bit long. My second visit was mid afternoon and no wait and fast service. read more

Fabulous place to eat!   I had vermicelli with shrimp and beef (they happily accomodated my request to substitute beef for the pork) plus spring roll.   My partner had the vermicelli with chicken.   Both were excellent!   Lots of tasty veges.  Service was friendly and environment comfortable.  Highly recommended! read more

Service was not good, looks like if they are understaffed. There was only one server for 12 tables took forever to get our drinks and order in. Over all the food is great we recommend their homemade lemonade. Only bad thing was service. read more

Been hearing a lot about this place so my Husband, a friend, and I went earlier this evening. It was my first time trying pho. Not bad at all. Food was hot, tasty, and good portions. Servers were friendly and attentive. The owner was friendly and came to our table to check how everything was. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars was because the place needs some remodeling and decorating work. Still recommend this place. read more

The food was good but more expensive than I would've thought. The portions were less than I expected them to be. It did however satisfy my craving for pho. This is the second time I've gone here since the first time it was closed due to not having enough food. This place sucks. The first time I went to eat, the owner told me they ran out of pho. At a pho restaurant. They ran out of pho. Whatever, ill come back tomorrow. I regret it. I walked in, dozens of empty tables and the owner pointed and told me where to sit. I sat and waited for nearly 10 MINUTES without a menu. Workers constantly glanced over but still nothing. I was about to walk out but someone had finally helped me. Over the course of my stay i noticed many tables were going unserved and unattended to. The owner and who I'm guessing is his son(?) would sit behind the counter and just stare at people sitting at their tables while the 2 waitresses were casually walking to tables with no sense of urgency. None of these workers have any drive or work with a sense of urgency. It is apparent that they do NOT respect their customers. I ordered the fresh spring rolls and a XL bowl of special pho, which took nearly 20 minutes to come out. While waiting I observed 2 different families walk out of the restaurant UNSERVED. As I was about to get up to leave myself, the food was coming out. The spring rolls were ridiculously small. They charged $5 for two tiny spring rolls and $15 for an XL bowl of pho that would've been close to a medium anywhere else. The noodles in the pho were extremely thin, and it tasted OK at best. I've never had poor service at a pho restaurant until NOW. If you're looking to leave disappointed, eat here. Otherwise i recommend you stay far away from this place. read more

The pho is very good, the only way to eat it is with lots of chillie oil, lime and sprout. I only give this 4/5 is due to their portion. Where I came from, Massachusetts, if I was to get an large or extra large pho it'll come out with gigantic bowl with lots of soup and noodles. otherwise this place is awesome. service is super friendly and the chef would come out and greet people.
