My favorite Thai spot in Yuma! And honestly one of my favorite Thai spots of all time. The employees are so incredibly polite and you can tell they're being genuine about appreciating your business and not being fake with you. I can't resist coming here less than a few times a month. I always get the Chicken pad Thai with a large Thai tea, level 3 on the spicy scale for the pad Thai. I love spicy but level 4 had me fighting for my life. I can't even imagine level 5. I usually LOVE Touch of Thai. Their pad Thai and curry is the best. However this last experience was not great. I got their pho, stir fry, egg drop soup and crab ragoons. The chicken in the pho was so dry I could not finish it. The crab ragoons were pretty gross and tasted super fishy, and the egg drop soup tasted horrible. My fiancé wasn't crazy about the stir fry but that could just be preference. We usually always get crab ragoons and they taste delicious but something was definitely different this time. The portions are huge but I don't think the pad thai was very good due to the noodles being drenched in sauce. It didn't taste bad but was very salty. We ordered pad thai chicken for my wife and beef for me. Asked for hot. It was hot like requested. The beef itself was terrible. I'm not sure what happened here. This was a strong 4.5 stars just 6 months ago. Went there this week. Pad thai drenched in a greasy, orange sauce. What is that? I've had pad thai dozen of times at many restaurants and never saw a mess like this. The ultimate rice used to be great but came out bland and flavorless. The Thai iced tea was not even properly mixed. Had to ask for water three times. Only thing saving them from a one star review was the shrimp thai spring rolls.
