My car had some damages from an accident. Someone ran a light and swiped my fender. I was looking around for a repair shop to get my car fix. A friend recommended Benson Auto Body and Paint, I stopped by and spoke to Randy. Randy was excellent, he asked me to fill out the basic info and then looked at my car. He took down information and told me, he'll get the car fix and send all necessary information to my insurance. It was easy, simple, and quick. The shop is close by an Enterprise rent-a car, so they even drop me off to get a rental. About a week and half later, I picked up the ride and it's looking spanking new! So on August 14th the day of my birthday, my car got hit by my neighbor.. Sadly. I came across this shop because they were so highly recommended by a co-worker. The situation that brought me in was financially draining, but I know it would have been MUCH WORSE if I had gone to another shop. (An uninsured family member borrowed my car, got into an accident, and had no money to help me pay for the damages). The shop really worked with my financial situation. They gave me options in different price ranges, so I could see what I could afford. They even gave me advice on the other party's damage that had been involved in the collision. They even talked me through the process of closing out an insurance case from a few months ago when somebody else hit my car. I cashed the insurance check to help pay for the damages, but they did some magic and removed the scratches from that accident anyway. They even pointed out a mistake from an older repair done at a different shop. These guys are thorough and honest, and they really earned my business. Got involved in rear end accident on freeway and the guys insurance recommended this place. Very nice people, and they work well with the car rental place so that's nice!! They replaced and painted the bumper on my car but I am not happy with the color it turned out!! I went back the next day and they said "plastic and metal looks different" so the color is supposed to look a bit off -_- I strongly disagree because my front bumper is same material as back bumper and it matches perfectly with the rest of the car.!! I've been wanting to go back and get it fixed but quite frankly idk if they will, being it's been a couple of months. :( (every time I walk up to my car I can't help but notice the different tones in color and the sparkle is off too!) I broke off my side view mirror and it was electric! I heard from a few friends this was the cheapest/best place to go. They gave me an estimate almost immediately after I walked in the door and ordered my part within minutes. They also just asked for a small deposit. The manager called me as soon as he received my part and when I went in they had it on in less than ten minutes! Works great and cost me 1/3 of the price it would have been at the dealership.
