    Shop located in the heart of Little Saigon; just a little further down from Phước Lộc Thọ. With where the location is, it is not surprised that this shop is always filled! And the shop is filled up is for all the right reasons: - friendly and honest people that are very knowledgeable and qualified for your needs - quick service with care - listen to customers needs and questions - give recommendations on what to do process by process instead of up-selling service**** - affordable and reasonable pricings I usually do my own maintenance, but the shop always is a great assistance in an emergency when I don't have time! Not only I come here for their services, but I often stop by to check-in on them and drop off bobas bc they're honestly very good people and a good shop to have in the community

After reviewing a few companies on Yelp, I felt the need to call. Francisco answered the phone and listened to what I was experiencing with the AC. I booked an appointment for the next morning. The shop was busy and I waited my turn in line. A few of the customers that I saw coming in had been in before for other reasons and obviously had a positive experience because they felt like they knew Alba and Francisco really well and trusted the team. Within a few minutes, my car was being looked at. I took a walk around the park, which is very close by and came back in 30 minutes and they assessed that I need a new compressor. Luckily, before I got back, Alba had already ordered it, and it was on its way taking about 30 minutes to get there. A price was quoted, and it was fair and reasonable. Because it was gonna take a few hours, my wife picked me up and we ran some errands. I received a call and it was from Alba around noon. He said they installed the new one and took it for a test drive. It worked good for a few minutes then stopped. He assess the problems already ordered a new one and said he'll have it done before the end of the day. I received a call around three saying the car will be done by four so at 3:30 I headed to the shop. The car was waiting for me out front. Alba took the time to explain what it happened. He also went above and changed many of the fittings as he seen problems with them before. He even changed one of the belts that control the compressor at no charge. Alba and his team are truly a rare find. Noticing all the workers were always engaged and working. They really have a good team. Well, in the lobby, there was a sign on the wall I read I wish I took a picture of it, but I didn't. It spoke to listen to the customer write down the problem. Assess the situation and determine the solution and communication with the customer. You can tell that this establishment embodies that culture. They do more than just AC as I heard other people were in there for brakes and other things. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family. This is an honest Repair shop that goes above and beyond. And towards the end, I realized they were AAA approved.

When I politely asked why the quote had nearly doubled, instead of receiving an explanation, the conversation became hostile. I told him that the new price was not what I had been quoted over the phone and that I felt I had been misled. He responded by saying, "There's no crime in lying. Where's the law about lying?" He then told me to "pick up your car and get the f*** out of here." When I told him that his language and behavior were rude and unprofessional, he replied that I was displaying "typical California shit" and again told me to "get the F out of here." What disappointed me most is that I wasn't upset simply because the price changed. I understand that estimates sometimes change if additional work is required.     Called the day before for an 8AM appointment since I was preparing for a long road trip. They also confirmed they could work on my Tesla Model Y, which I know not every location does. Robert took care of me when I arrived, and he was great from the start. He was super chill, honest, and easy to talk to. Since I was a new customer, he explained some Tesla-specific quirks and tire wear info. As someone who's been into cars for years, and worked on all of mine personally before I got an EV, I could tell right away he knew what he was talking about and wasn't trying to upsell me. The whole process was fast and smooth. Got me checked in quickly, let me know I could grab breakfast nearby if I wanted, and kept everything transparent throughout. What really stood out was overhearing how he treated other customers while I waited. He was honest about what services were actually needed, never pushy, and very understanding when people mentioned budget concerns. Instead of pressuring anyone, he explained what could wait and what he genuinely recommended taking care of. I was judging, as someone that knows cars, and he passed. Overall, I left really impressed with both the service and the customer care here. Oh and the lifetime alignment? Will pay for itself and then some after the next alignment. For the just a little more than what as America's Tire was going to charge for a one time alignment. Looking forward to coming back. Or at least as much as anyone can for a routine alignment.

    I don't know much about cars, so I was really grateful my dad recommended Tony's OC Auto Service…read moreand told me they were trustworthy. He was absolutely right. My check engine light came on, so I brought my car in and found out it was my catalytic converter. Before jumping straight to the most expensive option, they first tried cleaning it out to see if that would fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn't, so about a week later I came back to have it replaced. I was really stressed because I couldn't afford the repair out of pocket, but they were incredibly helpful and told me about Technet, a credit card specifically for auto repairs. I applied and was instantly approved. They even fixed my car and waited for my card to arrive in the mail before I paid them in full. What really stood out to me was how kind and patient everyone was. They explained everything clearly, what the problem was, what caused it, and how they were going to fix it. They even paid for my Uber rides to the shop and from work while my car was in the shop, with no extra charge. It's hard to find honest and caring auto shops, especially when you don't know much about cars, but they made the whole experience so much less stressful. Whenever I need service again, I'll definitely be coming back.
