So, it was nice to have a 5 minute drive to my appointment since this office is down the road from me. The receptionist here is so nice! The downtown location should take a couple lessons from the Eagle location. The receptionist smiled at me. She was kind asking me my general check in questions. She had personality. These basic skills are lacked in 90% of the people who work in registration downtown. If I can have all my appointments here, I would. I hung out in the waiting area till it was my turn. Zach, the imaging tech called me back to the scanning room. He went through the process of the scan with me and guided on how my properly lay on the scan machine. He had me position my legs differently for a couple scans. And before I knew it, I was done. It was quite an easy process which was nice. My other appointments require getting poked at. The Eagle office is night and day compared to Downtown. They are so nice here. It's a smaller facility with an Urgent Care unit which is nice for non emergency visits. It bums me out that I have to deal with the rude receptionists and security check in staff when I'm Downtown. But it was nice to see how the other half are treated at this location. I will have to get more appointments fulfilled here. I leave happy which is nice.

From theoment I walked in, the staff the checked me in were awesome! The nurse that took me in back and ran the scanachine was phenomenal and friendly. Everyone seems to wrk together well & appreciate the open atmosphere. Clearly mgmnt is doing something right at this location. Downside is that their MRI has been down or otherwise unavailable multi times I've been there... odd but more common more & more across many hospital systems due to tech staffing or other issues.

She pushed it as hard as she could nonstop until it started hurting, after I told her to stop, doctor came in for 5 minutes to tell me no he wasn't going to culture it due to it becoming red after the student did what I told her not to do, they did nothing to help and charged me 100 bucks to make my eye way worse then when I started.

My migraines have been out of control lately so two weeks ago I made a couple urgent mobile health appointments. 1: I just got a call today, the day before my appointment, that they don't do migraine infusions at home. Even though it clearly states they do it on their website. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I even called them last week to let them know I have two insurances and gave them that information. So the fact that they waited until the day before to cancel my appointments is so frustrating on multiple levels. 2: They need to stop calling themselves 'urgent' medicine. They are not urgent. Their appointments are at least a week out if not 1.5-2 weeks out. I'm really upset by this experience. Especially when I was counting on those migraine infusions which I need in between my infusions I get at the hospital. Horrible business ethics.

She was offered a treatment combo for her skin and as the doctor explained it may take several tries to get med combos to work or several weeks before it shows a difference. First combo of very expensive prescriptions cleared up her skin after several weeks. They also suggested some products that help maintain skin health and gave out plenty of samples.

They called me this morning at 8:01 (my appt is at noon) telling me my provider is no longer taking patients because use they are closing their doors in March, unless I have an issue where I need to be seen, which I do. So she said ok that's fine we will see you at noon. The gal calls me back at 8:16 saying they just "stuck a provider meeting during your appointment time and she can't see you." Literally so frustrating especially since I've had this appt for over a month.
