think before call de department of insurance, there is a Lady called Estela Mendes that she is rude and unprofessional, she made me lose 1 week of work because she retained my offer quote, she didn't want me to leave but she didn't give a good price or service. Está señora es mal educada se jacta de tener 22 años de experiencia pero no se le nota ni en su tono de vos, de mala fe deja que llegue hasta el último día para darte la cotización para que oblígadamente te quedes con ellos, ella sabe que es difícil encontrar rápido otra cotización por eso lo hace y te trata cómo zapato por que sabe que no tienes otra salida. eso es falta de ética y es hasta en contra del reglamento de aseguranza, por eso yo deje la póliza con ellos aunque me toque que perder pero ella no va a ganar tampoc! read more

My husband was insured with this agency, but we always have issues with Estela and her team at the time of renewal. I also noticed some changes in customer service and how this new members does not have the knowledge and skills needed to assist our business. My husband lost couple of loads when certificates were not ready because my broker needed this document to come directly from my insurance agent, but Saint George give me the excuse to download an application so I can issue my own certificates, but this was not accepted for some companies. Another loads brokers required some additional information included, and customer service took forever to issue this certificate. We decided to moved to another knowledgeable, professional, and experienced insurance agency. Since we moved to CSIS, we feel that our business insurance needs are covered properly. If you are trucker, you will understand the importance of getting all services on time. read more
