Great location and service. I will definitely eat the Beef Spare Rib again. Their take on Caesar Salad was yummy!

We were greeted at the entrance by the owner who is gracious, friendly, inviting and excited about her restaurant. She has every reason to be! We had an excellent dinner. We were welcomed by the staff. We had a great waitress who shared some history of St. Augustine. Very nice menu. And the food! We will definitely be back. We had the most amazing dinner tonight at Sainte-George! Sitting on the outside terrace overlooking the most beautiful view of St Augustine Harbor. The salads were artfully presented and delectable. The mushroom soup was hearty mixture of a variety of different textures and the broth was full of flavour. We had a very delightful young waitress, born in Italy, who was most attentive. The owner, Vera came out to meet us near the end of our dinner to introduce herself with a beautiful Russian accent. She is a lovely woman who commutes from Orman Beach to run her newly opened restaurant. The restaurant interior is modern, warm and very beautiful. The dining experience was highlighted with the appearance of the Red Moon rising over the harbor but the real memory was the wonderful dining experience at the Sainte George! read more

New Restaurant with an amazing staff. Food is delicious and the service is excellent. The terrace is gorgeous with good view.

The absolute most expensive worst meal we've had. Be aware there is an additional 1,5% fee because they "appreciate their employees " unlike every other business evidently. The lobster corn dogs were rank. I'd have told our waitress if she ever came back before the bill was to be delivered. Instead someone else grabbed the dishes with the lobster still on it when dropping off entrees. Poke bowl was stinky too and the filets were cooked but had a grayish color to them like maybe they were broiled. Also never got the ketchup or mustard requested from the runner or separately from the bartender for my sliders. Was charged $15 for 3 oz margaritas and 5$ for a coke that maybe was equivalent to 5 oz. I'm surprised at the reviews but definitely feel led astray. So many other places to eat downtown don't waste your time read more

Spectacular! The people who work here are stellar. The best service and very welcoming. The food is scrumptious. We had the lobster corn dogs. Lobster was plentiful and delicious. The beef rib breakfast entree with potatoes and truffle oil was one of my favorite breakfast meals of all time. We dined on the 1st floor. Curious as to what the 2nd floor looks like. This is a wonderful addition to the local restaurant scene. Beautiful renovation with breathtaking outdoor terrace looking at the harbor. We only had two entrees and drinks. Everything was well prepared, great sauces and interesting vegetables. We had chicken and short ribs. My husband was disappointed in the quantity but I thought it was generous. Our server Maddie was amazing with her attention and willingness to help my husband select his beer flight. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because this is St. Augustine where the restaurant scene is sometimes at Michelin level. read more

Absolutely great experience! We sat on the porch in the evening which was so nice. For an appetizer we had the hummus trio and it was really tasty. Then we had the salmon and scallops for our mains, both of which were really delicious. Finally we shared their "signature" cheesecake (praline cheesecake with a raspberry coulis) and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. read more

Excellent, interesting food. The "Classic Breakfast" was not, and thank goodness. Eggs lightly spiced, incredible maple bacon, potatoes, and sautéed poblano. Ridiculous. The AHHHHV Sandwich with Avacado purée and arugula on sourdough toast was perfect, and so unusual. Add a location overlooking the water and Castillo De San Marco, an a delightful helpful server, and this place place is a don't miss!! read more

The Monte Cristo sandwich is fantastic. We added the egg. And ordered a side of frittes. A day of walking warranted the splurge. We split it with the countryside salad that was bright and very fresh greens and not overpowered or swimming in dressing. We can't wait to go back!! read more

We had dinner there on December 22, 2021. It was a fabulous experience. Can't say enough about the staff and the service. They were friendly and efficient. A very well run business. The food was wonderful. I started with tuna and beet sashimi then had seared scallops. My husband had frittes with blue cheese and balsamic. His short ribs were so tender. Melted in your mouth! Dessert was a cookie and cream. Waited little longer than expected until we realized they actually baked a chocolate chip cookie in a small cast iron pan and served with creamy ice cream. We both thought it was unique and delicious. Highly recommend this establishment. read more

We had the blue cheese balsamic house frittes for an appetizer and they were good, just good not amazing. For the main courses we had the short rib and the ahi tuna, both were very good. The four stars are for friendly but slow service, louder than I like, tables close to others, and bordering on being uncomfortable temperature inside. Prices are not too bad for quality of food but proportions are small. Also, we were there on a Saturday night and they had no specials. I knew the menu but was hoping for specials as some other possibilities, not an option. The best seating is outside but being 95 degrees today I booked inside. So I will go back but will book outside when it cools down to eliminate many of the things that just did not make it five stars tonight. read more

We stopped here for some sangria and lunch and it was all great. One person had an issue with their dish and the restaurant bent over backwards to make it right. Excellent service and a wonderful view from the balcony seating! Would definitely come back next time we are visiting. read more

We drove up for the weekend to St Augustine and googled for a nice place to eat. Found this restaurant which had opened five weeks ago with excellent reviews and made a reservation thru open table. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful, from making the reservation to having them call us that day to confirm, to the service and last but not least the appetizers, main course and dessert. Our waiter, Mike, was not only pleasant and extremely attentive, but very knowledgeable of the dinner menu and wine selections and guided us in making our dinner choices. We started with their lobster "corn dog" appetizer which was incredible, my son ordered their special of the day which was a filet mignon with heirloom tomatoes blue cheese and roasted sweet potatoes, INCREDIBLE, he did not need a knife as the meat was so tender and the sides were perfectly seasoned and cooked. My husband and I ordered the short ribs paired with compressed fried potato and their signature addictive asparagus which were exceptional, I can't say enough other than we left nothing on our plates. We finished off by ordering dessert, a pistachio dessert and their famous chocolate cherry bread pudding accompanied with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, absolutely to die for. The check in employee sat us in a perfect corner table outside overseeing the Intracoastal Waterway with beautiful views of the city. All I can say is that I can't remember the last time I had such a perfect and wonderful dining experience. By the way a big thumbs up to the chef, Jaime for his creativity and exquisite flavors. Had dinner here tonight. The food was delicious; however, our table was completely turned off by the staff. At one point we noticed a young lady walked into the restroom holding the top of her dress oddly. The host screamed at her thru the bathroom door for 30 seconds before the poor girl who was clearly in distress opened the door. We over heard her tell the host her under garments were undone in the public walk way and she needed a quick place to adjust herself. The host called her a "liar" and a " skinny a** slut" chasing her out of the restaurant. I have never heard or even seen language used like this towards anyone in a restaurant- staff, parton, or walk in. Simply unacceptable. It was completely inappropriate and put a very negative taste in our mouth regarding this establishment. The girl returned to speak to the manager several min later and we watched the staff pretend like nothing happen. Honestly shocking!!!! Food is good, but wouldn't give this place my money again if that's how they are going to treat people... the host should not have face-to-face contact with customers or a job in customer service. 2 stars simply for the food. read more

we were very disappointed with the way the owner treated us. My husband originally ordered the seared tuna but was unaware that it is raw. So he asked the waitress to have it cook some more to which she replied it is perfectly cooked as it supposed to. He apologized and say he does not eat raw food and would be more than happy to get something different. The waitress agreed and so he did. After his new dish came, the owner came to the table and offer To cook it more and pack it for us to go. We declined. we also explained to her that he does not eat raw meat. She said nothing further. When we got our bill, we were still charged for a dish he did not eat. So we questioned it. Her explanation was that they have never dealt with this issue and that they did nothing wrong, so they will charge us regardless. What was the most disappointing she SUGGESTED SINCE THE WAITRESS DID NOT TELL US IN ADVANCE ABOUT HER POLICY WHEN WE ASKED TO RETURN THE DISH, THAT WE SHOULD NOT LEAVE HER A TIP. I'm sorry, her service to us was great, I don't think that she should be the one taking the lost for the restaurant. That tells me she does not care about her employees or the customers. To be honest, the food was bland, no seasoning. There is nothing impressive about the food they serve. Please be ware, don't be the next victim! read more

We were really looking forward to our meal after reading all the great reviews but we were disappointed with the food. The short rib meal was good but not that memorable. The asparagus was good but really salty. The potatoes were good but needed more salt inside as opposed to just on top. The other dish we had was a lobster pasta dish. It was quite expensive at $41. It did have a large amount of lobster but it was unfortunately covered with sauce which overwhelmed it. The lobster should have been placed on top in our opinion. The sauce was also extremely salty. The charred bread triangles placed on top were burnt. The waitress did bring us replacement bread that was less charred when we asked her. We did love sitting out on the balcony overlooking the city gate. Comfortable chairs and cool silverware. Service was good. We're from out of town but if we lived here, not sure that we would return. :-( read more
