That gives me and my husband peace of mind. As I have to go to Cleveland Ohio mayo clinic in Cleveland so having to deal with health issues is enough worry. Mail in authorization is a waste of money (postage, envelope), time, and runs the risk of the form being lost in the mail. The stress imposed upon pet owners to go through this process is uncalled for, and preventable. This level of burden placed upon pet owners is a bad look for VCA.
