Great selection of scents. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are all lovely and friendly. Just a nice store to spend a few minutes browsing around in.

I was here when it first opened, but I didn't buy anything then. I recently decided to come back to buy my friend a birthday present. With 5 star customer service, the staff during both visits guided me through their popular items. They're very knowledgeable about their products. I ended up buying the Women's Wellness Kit for my friend. They also gift wrapped the present in a burlap tote. The scents are strong, but they include natural essential oils. A little bit goes a long way. Depending on the oil blend, I liked that I can smell the dominant scent whether if it was peppermint, eucalyptus, chamomile, fennel, lavender, or rose. Some blends have specified uses for certain ailments like muscle pain, headaches, or stress. I like trying natural remedies so I bought the Home Farmacy Blend Bar, which include five oil blends. From what I tried from this set so far, I really like the Peppermint Halo and Stress Release oil blends. There's a section by the cash register for sale items, which included items that were 20% off. I signed up for their rewards program, and I'll be back when it's time to do some holiday shopping.

Storefront's as captivating as the infused essences wafting into the mall, drawing you in for more!

Saje's "100% natural oil blends" drift into the mall via multiple diffusers to draw you in to experience a myriad of wellness products, each thoroughly explained by in the know, professional, pleasant staff/modern day aromatherapists the ancient Chinese, Indians, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans would no doubt bestow high praise. * Saje, in addition to essential oil blends, offers skin, bath and body care products for personal use or to share as gifts, you know, one for you, two for me... Once inside Saje's smart, upscale environs, my husband and I explored eucalyptus oil to be delivered via diffuser as well as to be worn topically not for medicinal purposes but for its woodsy fresh scent, which we absolutely adore. After a few moments of trying to differentiate what we'd selected from all the other scents in the air we were both overwhelmed, unfortunately too much so to zero in on what we wanted. It was sort of like walking through a department store's aisles of beauty when the "spray girls/guys" are spritzing their product. Or incense burning high mass. Total olfactory system overload! Saje is a fine concept and I'll try them again when I've taken a Claritin® prior to visiting. Mall self-parking or valet. * https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aromatherapy#History

I was drawn into the store by the amazing smelling oils diffusing at the door. I took home Refresh essential oil blend and Sleep Well oil roller. There was so many awesome blends and products to look at and smell, I could spend hours there. They also carry different size diffusers as well. The store is beautiful and the sales people were very friendly and helpful.

After being a mom and breastfeeding, my breasts were extremely saggy, deflated, and I had basically zero confidence left in my body. I would avoid certain clothes, zero confidence in the bedroom, feel uncomfortable getting dressed, and just didn't feel like myself anymore. Deciding to get a breast augmentation with lift was a big step for me, but WOW -- it completely changed my life!!!! Dr. Neusner is absolutely AMAZING. Not only is he incredibly skilled and talented, but he's also kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients!! He listened to everything I wanted and somehow gave me results even better than I imagined! My breasts are now full, big, round, and so perky -- I literally can't believe they're mine. They look youthful and beautiful again, and my confidence has skyrocketed!!! I also have to praise the staff because they were just as wonderful. Everyone was so warm, supportive, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Another thing I'm blown away by is how AMAZING my scars healed. I was so nervous about that, but they are minimal and healing beautifully. You can truly tell Dr. Neusner knows exactly what he's doing. The surgery itself went so smoothly, and recovery was easier than I expected. If you're a mom who feels like you lost your body after breastfeeding, I promise you -- Dr. Neusner is the one to trust!!! I went from having saggy breasts and no confidence to feeling confident, feminine, sexy, and happy in my own skin again. I am beyond grateful and would choose him a thousand times over. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!!! Your work is truly amazing!

Please choose under boob scar cause the one I'm left with has me feeling super insecure) So paying 18,000 , I was hoping to really love the results Sadly I had to get surgery twice to remove the horrid scars and to be left still feeling ugly really makes me sad and ugly.. especially in front of my husband and I hate looking in the mirror it legit makes me want to cry.. so I avoid the mirror as much as possible Interaction with dr Barrett are friendly but super quick and I was nervous it was I couldn't get all my questions out in time regarding my healing.. His wife was very kind and Colleen too I felt their interactions to be the most genuine Both times when stitches were removed my skin opened and left huge ugly scars.. I also have a dip in my left boob when I raise my hands idk if that's cause of the thick long scar or the placement... I can't afford to get them done again for a couple years (I'm on a teacher salary sadly) and honestly I'm terrified to try the same surgery a third time Healing was great hardly any pain (beside the skin opening and having to clean the wound) **Idk what's worse my deflated mom of 3 boobs or the lifted ones with dents and giant ugly ribbed scars starting at the nipple down to my ribs I kinda wish I never got them done at all ** And after $20,000 two surgeries and countless visits All they kept saying was results don't always look the way we desired.. Just be careful and explore other lift options and other doctors please I tried to upload pictures but even yelp thinks it's to horrid to post or something.. left feeling helpless alone and defeated

Dr. Zoe is incredibly diligent and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you understand the process from beginning to end. Nothing felt rushed and nothing felt generic. It was clear she is deeply knowledgeable and genuinely invested in delivering the best possible outcome. The results speak for themselves and I could not be happier with how my skin looks and feels. Her office alone is worth talking about. It is sleek, aesthetic, and absolutely stunning. Everything feels pristine and intentional, almost museum level beautiful. I remember walking in and thinking the space was so immaculate that I might accidentally ruin it just by existing in it. You can tell she shows up one hundred percent in every aspect of her practice, even down to how her office is designed and maintained. Everything is in its place, clean, calm, and visually perfect. It sets the tone immediately and makes you feel like you are in very capable hands. The booking process was easy and seamless through her website which I really appreciated. No back and forth, no confusion, just efficient and professional. Dr. Zoe herself is the perfect balance of professional and warm. She is pleasant, approachable, and makes you feel comfortable right away. And I have to say she is absolutely stunning, clearly doing something right because whatever her routine is, I want in. On top of all of that, she also accepts insurance for certain procedures, which is not something you see often, so it is definitely worth asking her about that directly. Overall this was an exceptional experience and the quality of care truly stands out. If you are considering PRP or any aesthetic treatment and want someone who is meticulous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to excellence, Dr. Zoe is the one. I would recommend her without hesitation and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

The space is beautiful and aesthetic without feeling cold or intimidating. It feels intentional, modern, and very well maintained, which immediately builds trust before you even sit down for treatment. What impressed me most, beyond the stunning office, was the actual results. After a brutal summer in Hawaii, my skin was dealing with significant hyperpigmentation and sun damage. I was frustrated because no amount of skincare seemed to make a real dent, and I was worried the discoloration would linger for a long time. Dr. Zoe took the time to assess my skin properly, explained exactly what was happening, and recommended a laser treatment plan that made sense for my skin tone and condition. The results have been astonishing. My hyperpigmentation has improved dramatically, and my skin looks clearer, brighter, and more even overall. It was not just a temporary glow either. There was real correction happening. You can tell Dr. Zoe truly understands laser technology and how to use it safely and effectively, especially when treating pigmentation issues that require precision and experience. The entire experience feels thoughtful and professional from start to finish. The treatments are efficient, the protocols feel well researched, and the aftercare guidance is clear and realistic. I never felt rushed or upsold, just genuinely cared for. If you are dealing with sun damage, hyperpigmentation, or just want high level laser treatments done correctly, Dr. Zoe is exceptional. Between her expertise, the immaculate Beverly Hills office, and the visible results, this is one of those places that completely lives up to the hype and then some. I would confidently recommend her to anyone serious about improving their skin.

In my opinion, Jamie uses highly manipulative, coercive and controlling tactics to silence you about aging for a refund. She even sent as far as providing misinformation about matters that can affect health. This is highly concerting conduct especially for a dermatologist office. I am posting this review after multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally. I left messages the first time and I never revived a call from Dr. Ahdout. I posted a review and Jamie called right away. When I went in to show Dr. Ahdout the result of her work - at first I felt completely gaslighted because she was questioning me about why she would do a job like this. I was extremely surprised because I had known her from years ago and trusted her. She again asked this on the phone yesterday. She also said there are no before and after photos. I reminded her that I have before photos on my phone that her own assistant took. Dr. Ahdout also asked if I would agree to a credit. I declined. Dr. Ahdout then said that The Roxbury Institute had a "policy" that once a patient asks for a refund they can't return to the office. I informed her that if a business has a policy like that I most definitely would not want to work with them. Both her conduct and Jamie's conduct were revolved around keeping your money that they owe you once way or another. In my view, the aforementioned ate not policies and practices of a professional, caring and trustworthy business especially in the medical field. When I first brought up the refund issue, Jamie immediately became aggressive in the phone and used what felt like patronizing repetition. She kept repeating my name as soon as I mentioned a refund, which felt like an attempt to cut me off and stop me from saying what I needed to say. Jamie suggested to me that the tightness I was feeling in my face was "normal". She even pointer to her own face claiming that she felt right in that area as well. I knew that was not normal, because it made no sense at all. When I asked Dr. Ahdout directly, she also confirmed that was not the case and it should not feel tight and that it was not normal as Jamie said it was. I do not appreciate being gaslighted or having my concerns normalized as though this is something I should simply tolerate. This involves health and providing misinformation to patients can have great liability. Jamie also asked if I would want to do a correction. I declined. These various tactics mentioned that I believe were repeatedly used to keep my money and not refund me do not work for me. I am entitled to a straightforward refund process without having to chase after a refund that belongs to me. I noted in my review and also an email I forwarded to Dr. Ahdout's new email address as well as during her call yesterday that I only want to interact with her. Dr. Ahdout gave me her word yesterday that she will call me back herself. She did not. Instead Jamie called and went back and forth trying to say that it wasn't 2 items I purchased and it was 1.5. She said Dr. Ahdout said there was a confusion and it was 1.5 items. I informed her that's false. Again, I explained to her Dr. Ahdout confirmed with me both in person during the last appointment and also yesterday that it was 2 items. Jamie went back and forth for at least 10 minutes on this alone just arguing. I kept asking her to ask Dr. Ahdout. She refused. She inappropriately kept arguing instead. I asked her at least 3 times to talk to Dr. Ahdout. She wouldn't. She finally checked my invoice. I explained yet again and finally she agreed it was 2 items. Then she said their "corporate" is going to send me an email to sign "a form". I told her I'm guessing it is a release form. I refused. I clearly stated that I do not know what has been done and I need to see another doctor. I will not sign anything and patients should not before to sign a release form just to receive theyr refund. Jamie said she understood, but their corporate requires this before they refund and that they will contact me. I let her know I will not sign a release form and for them to not send me the release form, I also let her know that at this point I have to do a full chargeback on the 2 items. I contacted my bank and did a full chargeback on the agreed upon amount. If they create ANY extra emotional distress for me, more than they have already have, and dispute the amount - I will immediately involve my counsel without further notice and use all legal remedies to not only obtain my money in full, but also hold them fully liable for all damages including corrections needed as well as the emotional distress caused related to this matter. I will also expand my online review to Google and other platforms as needed.
