You should be paying my gas for coming here which after this probably won't happen again I said fine... if it's more important to have $30. than my loyalty to your store you lost a customer. After my daughter asked a question, an associate with pink hair stepped in to help, and she completely transformed our experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the products. She took the time to explain several items in detail, demonstrated products for me, and even showed me how to properly layer them. I've been shopping at Lush for years and still learned things I never knew. What impressed me most was how well she read the room. She never made us feel pressured to buy anything. She made us feel comfortable, welcome, and genuinely cared for. Talking with her felt less like interacting with a salesperson and more like chatting with a friend I'd known for years. I haven't tried this yet but I love a good bath bomb and Lush is the pioneer in this field so I'm sure it'll be great. I also got the magnesium body balm that I like to rub on my hands before bed to better help my sleep and some fresh eye patches but I think while I would repurchase the lavender and magensium balms, I wouldn't get the eye patches as they didn't adhere to the skin and would require laying down for some time.
